Bombay Vintage Brighton reviews
36Just amazing! The flavours of our Butter Chicken and Beef Madras where to die for. Honestly, I have been looking for a decent, fresh experience like this for ages. Well worth a visit. It’s a super clean, modern dacor with uniformed staff with a smile. We had the takeaway and it was ready when we came to pick it up, no waiting. Well done! We will be back ️
We've had takeaway twice and just dined in for mother's day. Absolutely SUPERB! This is the BEST Indian food in the area. Highly recommended from us!

Ordered Chicken Manchurian, Vindaloo Chicken and other items.
Packing was good, they have used eco friendly products.
Both chicken items had a bit of fish smell, I believe they were cooked using the oil that was used to fry fish so taste wasn't great.
Roti and Naan was good.
We order from this restaurant via Menulog pretty much weekly, sometimes even more often. The taste and quality of their food is outstanding. They never seem to have an off day! Very consistent. This is our favourite place to grab food in the entire Glenelg/Brighton area. They never disappoint. Such dynamic authentic flavours. Spectacular.
Food was great the service was super friendly but probably not overly experienced.
Apparently the toilet is a bit sketchy.
But would recommend regardless.
Family and child friendly venue. Friendly and efficient service from staff who also gave good recommendations. Highly recommend vegetarian options esp.navartan korma and paneer butter masala. Mango lassi or the drunken lassi for after meal accompaniment is a must! Thanks for a nice meal. We'll be back
Been here a few times since its recent opening; the atmosphere is chill and refined, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is reasonably priced, generously portioned, and very good - the vegetarian kofta is the best I've had so far.
Great food, great hospitality, reasonable price. Arpan is a best host. Would love to see some street food in the menu in future.
Highly recommended.
Great service, very family-friendly and a good selection of dishes both meat and vegetarian based, with generous portions. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here.
I went here tonight with friends to try it out and I will 100000% be back. The food and drinks were amazing. The service was excellent and the staff were all so friendly. Overall, everything was absolutely perfect, highly recommend!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The best Indian in this area. Great menu options, fantastic flavour and all for a reasonable price. Thanks BV, we will be back.
Bloody brilliant Indian, I’ve been down this way for 2 years now and haven’t found an Indian down here I like… I’ve now found it! Would highly recommend
Great food and plenty of it. Only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5: Didnt have wine we ordered from menu.but we did get a more expensive bottle at lesser price. Starters a tad more than we usualy pay else where. Garlic naan a little under cooked. But over all great. We will be returning.
New Indian diner in Brighton. Upon arrival, the staff was very professional, courteous and prompt in assisting with a table as we did not make any reservation (would highly recommend that you do as the popularity grows!). The ambience is nice and woody and is cosy. We ordered for a Tandoori platter, garlic nan and goat biryani. The one thing that just blew my senses was the awesome signature "chutney" served along with the platter. This one is to die for and not the stereotypical chutney that you would tend to just avoid in other Indian restaurants. The garlic nan was as you would expect. I wasn't very impressed with the biryani as the rice seemed overcooked and sticky. It appears that the strength of this place is in the Tandoor and curries. Considering the overall delightful experience and the signature chutney that was so awesome, I decided to give 4 stars. If you are looking for a good evening to dine in at Brighton for some great Indian dishes, I would highly recommended Bombay Vintage.
Food is amazing, fresh, authentic …. Best butter chicken I’ve had, by far. Staff are friendly and engaging, very reasonably priced, will definitely be going back…highly recommended.
