Bombay Vintage reviews
47Went here tonight with 3 men. The food was absolutely gobsmackingly good. If you’re thinking about coming here, think no more. We ordered 4 curries, 4 rice, 4 naans, 2 sides and the whole lot was only $120. Great value, great people, great spice and even greater food… COME ONNNNNNN
The Vindaloo would have to be the best Vindaloo in South Australia!
Not too hot but jam packed with amazing flavours
100% recommended
Terrible dining area, nowhere good to sit, if you eat here only get takeaway, never dine in. Curry is terrible compared to what it used to be
We live at Port Elliot and always grab takeaway from here if we are coming back from Adelaide in the evening.
I have only ever had the butter chicken, I keep meaning to try more but the BC is just too good to pass up.
Have had food from here many many times. After not having food from here for several months we decided to have it last night. The food used to be great. This time it was oily and bland. The onion bhajis where just full of filler, dry and only a few strands of onion when they used to be all onion. Prices have gone up a fair bit but quality has dropped below average.
Always great crunchy entrée taste sensations and delicious veg curries. The vindaloo sauce is magnificent.
Highly recommend to visit one time and enjoy the service they provide. Thanks all the Bombay vintage staff for a delicious food.
The Vindaloo would have to be one of the best in Adelaide.

Went there for the first time and the service was excellent and the food - WOW! We will be back!
Mango chicken seemed to be missing any mango, but it was a mild curry.
I ordered 2 rice, received 1, and
the cheesy garlic bread was in fact bread, with NO flavour at all.
Next time I want Indian food, I will go elsewhere.
I don't normally write bad reviews but I can't believe how bad this place is for customer service. We ordered online and it actually came pretty quickly however they forgot some of our order, just the rice, naan and poppadoms. After ringing them twice it took over an hour for them to bring the food they forgot. There was no apology, no compensation in terms of giving us even a free soft drink. The food itself may have been nice but by the time we actually got to eat it, it was totally cold.
Beautiful place.service was amazing and the food was delicious. I highly recommend to come here!
First time ordering from Bombay Vintage Morphett Vale and we will definitely be back! Absolutely beautiful food, great serving size and fantastic taste. We love our beef vindaloo but have been disappointed with other restaurants that go too heavy on the heat to the point you loose the flavour. This dish from Bombay Vintage was spot on with the right level of heat without losing the integrity of the flavour. Eggplant marsala, butter chicken and chicken tikka marsala all fantastic as well. Great job!
Very happy with everything! Thankyou. Very lovely food and good value compared to other Indian restaurants.
We ordered veg pulav n we had given rice which was about to get spoiled.on being asked they told it was made the same day.but the taste didn't seem so
We got take away and wow… that was some of the best Indian food ive ever had. The flavors were amazing and the meats were succulent. The vege dishes were also top notch. Tasted like home cooking ️will defs be back.
Delicious. 2 person meal deal was amazing value, great taste, good temperature, quick service. The raita (however you spell it) entre thing was gross but the rest was perfect. Highly recommend
My friend took me to this restaurant and it was really amazing experience and shubang the service guy was very cooperative and cool while the service. Loved having such a great dinner after so long.
Wouldn't recommend.
Food is good and is what I would expect from any indain restaurant, however we called ahead which they said half hour only to then get there and wait almost another 30 minutes! And they didn't even say sorry.
The staff were also pretty unattentive and not very interested in their job, leaving people calling at the kitchen door for service.
The inside of the restaurant needs alot of work, really just looks like they through down some tables and chair with no effort being put into the look.
Sorry but I won't be coming back and don't recommend anyone else goes.
Went there two times with family and friends and it was so good! The curry sauce was rich with a balance of spices and Indian flavour, the meat was juicy and tender and overall it was the best Indian restaurant I have been too. The naan bread was fresh, warm and flavoursome. The price is reasonable and there is big portions of high quality Indian food. I got a mango lassi and it was brilliant! Definitely recommend you bring friends and family there.
