Bombay Spice Kitchen reviews
47Best restaurant ever I have visited, must visit for delicious Indian food and affordable price
Seriously nice food best Mushroom Pakoras I have eaten, moist mushrooms tender, full of flavour and crunch in the batter perfect.
Next up Chicken Korma Saffron Rice and a Rotti well haven't eaten better cooked or spiced (mildly as requested) food in a long time a delightful meal could eat all that was served sadly!
Ordered chicken and goat biryani and specifically asked for mild spice level. The mild was quite above medium spice level and unfortunately most of us went hungry as we could not eat much of it. I am Indian and I found it spicy too! Barely any Biryani spice flavours as the chilli overpowered it all.
The best vegan Indian food in Adelaide. Amazing range of vegan options!
Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good vibes.
100% recommended?
Hands down, best Indian food i had in Adelaide. Amazing taste and friendly staff are always killer combination and you will get that combination here for sure. Will definitely recommend people living nearby to try.
Best & Best Bombay Spice food best… i order food Tandoori Chicken Half, Chicken Biryani Half & Vegetarian Biryani Half. It was delicious Chicken & Biryani i had in town. Quantity its like full not half. Next time will visit again again…
Simply nobody should order food from here, it is worst experience for us, it's better to starve than to eat from this restaurant. Too bad Bombay Spice Kitchen
Last evening i went there and food was so delicious and staff was much helpful.
Will visit again.
We had naan & gravy here and they were really delicious and tasted authentic without extra adding to just increase any flavor. Way better than few other top rated Indian restaurants around. Small space yet artsy, fine setting and friendly staffs here. Give a try everyone!
I read a fair number of negative responses and cannot say we experienced the same discontent with the food. We ate in the clean and pleasant restaurant, ordered goat bhuna, lamb Mysore, Chicken Biryani & garlic naan. We could not fault any of the dishes & the naan was thin & crispy, however the raita is not what we have come to know, it was mainly yogurt with a small amount of cucumber. All in all well worth a visit OR take away, we will definitely be back. BYO benefits
So they sell under 2 names on uber, Bombay spice kitchen and suger and spice indian, which seems alittle dishonest and misleading.
We disliked the food at Bombay kitchen so we had no interest in ordering from there again.
The food was rubbery and tasteless while the naan was stale (both when we picked it up and when deliver and which hasn't been an issue at any other restaurants)
I took veg biryani takeaway and food was smells as spoiled. Food went to bin, My first experience but turned worse experience.
My sincere request to chef, if you can’t prepare fresh please don’t take orders, don’t serve spoiled food.
I had vegitarian biriyani yesterday night which was amazing in taste, unlike other restaurant bombay spice kitchen never hesitate giving paneers, apart from that mixing of 2 different rice made that more delicious
Highly recommend for biriyani
Ordered biriyani through uber eats.worst ever! So spicy and not at all authentic.what a disappointment and waste of money and efforts.
Ordered chicken biryani and mint raita through uber eats. Biryani was not bad. I would recommend use less food colours in biryani and add more flavours.
Mint raita (greek youghurt/ mint chutney) smelled like it's date has been expired. Good that I smelled and threw it away.
Sending positive vibes for improvement. Good luck
The quality of the food is really bad. The goat marsala was off, the meat is sour and not eatable. We rang the restaurant to provide feedback and was asked to go back and collect another curry, no thanks at 11pm. A dozen of tiny fried rice prawn (shrimp to be exact) in the prawn curry is just ridiculous. 2 out of the 5 curries are inedible and the rest are ordinary, nothing is good. Won’t be back.
We had a takeaway last night and food was amazing and was different than other restaurant
First time we had a different taste of Indian food somehow a combo of sweet and sour together
Definitely will visit again
Ordered chilly chicken from here and got served whats in the photo.totally burnt and no seasoning, called the reataurant and the chef+owner kept arguing that its an indo chinese dish and i do not know what chilly chicken tastes like.and if unhappy claim a refund from uber eats. And never received a complaint ever, so here it is your first complaint.no sense of understanding, no customer service.terrible food. NEVER ORDER CHILLY CHICKEN FROM HERE.its a shame these people are running a business with no sense on how someone waiting to have their meal and they serve bad food.what impact somebody may have.terrible.
Delicious food and great customer service. Definitely among one the best restaurants in Adelaide. Tried few vegetarian dishes and it was delicious. Next time will visit for some non vegetarian options. Thank you for you service.
We have enjoyed our dinners there many times. Their food is delicious and service and ambience is much better other than.
