Bombay Beat Indian Restaurant reviews
26It was an amazing experience eating there. Considering food, service and atmosphere, all was really up to the mark.
Adequate food. Incredibly slow service. Up to 50 min waits for entrees is excessive.
Really not worth the wait. The poor attitude from the staff when you dare ask where your food is (multiple times) is absolutely shocking.
Sensational food, lovely service and a really well presented restaurant. We had butter chicken, mango chicken, Rogan Josh & I think it was the best I’ve ever had. So full of flavour and beautifully tender. The roti, saffron rice and Samosa were really lovely too. They did forget to give us the galub jamen dessert that we ordered (takeaway) … but the food was otherwise divine.
Delicious beef madras, lamb korma, saffron rice and naan. Well deserved reviews, thank you for the service and the great food!
Seriously the best Indian ever!
Melbourne hang your head in shame, a little country town in South Australia conquers.
Best Indian food I ever had. Not a type of person who usually write the reviews but I have to right a review for this cuisine. Excellent hospitality. Beautiful and calming environment to enjoy meals. 5 star rating. Worth the money. Kids loved it too.
I don't normally rate restaurants unless they are exceptional. Bombay beat is one such place, exceptional! I can honestly say they ticked all the boxes. Ambience, service, food, price, did i mention food, amazing.
One of the best Indian restaurants that I been to. Being a expert in Indian cooking it’s bit hard for me to get impressed with outside Indian food but this place was just nothing but exceptional… a must try item is tandoori mushroom and Bhendi fry …
Top class food with world class customer service
5 stars on this one. We've had a few curries over the years both here, in Asia and the UK, and this is up there with the best.
Truly authentic flavours, created with quality ingredients, served by staff who clearly love their job, and in a lovely clean intimate setting.
If you're a curry lover and in the area, you must go.
First time here and we loved it
Good service and great food
Thanks guys
Will come back
Enjoyed our meal here. Generous serves and very friendly staff. I rate this restaurant highly.
Recommend.
Always fantastic.
Delicious food, cosy interior, great service (especially the tall male head waiter).
We come here often and this food is a great take on Indian food for the western palate
Delicious dinner for two at The Bombay Beat.
We usually order take away but felt like dining in.
Good variety in the menu to cater for all tastes - we had lamb rogan josh, chicken tikka masala (with the usual accompaniments) and delectable mango kulfi for dessert.
Spotlessly clean, tidy and comfortable surroundings.
Friendly, approachable staff, offering an excellent service.
I've eaten in Indian restaurants in quite a few different countries and I can't fault this restaurant; I'd recommend it to anyone wanting authentic Indian cuisine.
Thank you Bombay Beat!
The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious…. And reasonably priced. Parking was convenient too. We’ll be back!
One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been, and I've been in quite a few, fantastic and delicious food, great service. Highly recommended.
Lovely and attentive service. Great food selections for economical price. Have been on repeat occasions. Will not disappoint.
Fantastic Food. Nice setting.
A little more attention by the staff needed. Good price point.
Long term customer here since opening. The food is consistently amazing.
For me, it outshines any Indian in Adelaide.
This Indian restaurant is head and shoulders above anything else I have experienced. The food was so delightfully balanced and flavoured. Had the lamb Rohan Josh and Korma and easily the best I have had. The staff here are so lovely and I am just so grateful for such a pleasant evening.
Save your money and go elsewhere.
If you’re Indian, then please don’t go with any expectations. The food is pathetic and expensive. I read the reviews before visiting and it was a big mistake. It’s not even real Indian food if you ask me. All curries were tangy tomoto gravies. Biryani had absolutely no taste! It was as good as eating plain rice.
Maybe go for drinks but don’t eat here.
