Staff are always friendly and happy to help, the older gentleman goes above and beyond with his customer service, quite often helping me with measurement conversions. Really cool little plant section at the back with really good prices.

When in the North east, needing landscape supplies I always ring the lads here, same day delivery if you go in or call early early enough the guys here are great for any info or advice you might need & seem to go that extra yard to keep the customer happy.

We were so grateful to the team for their efforts in helping us with revamping our garden in St Agnes for the sale of the house. Especially Greg who also helped in finalising the measurements of the rock I needed to lay on the left of the driveway. It was a crazy weekend for me coming back from interstate to bring it all together and their customer service helped calm me too. The rock and black mulch has made the place look schmick! I was left waiting for over 15 minutes with no apology, was then over-charged. The worst part was the staff member rolled then smoked a cigarette while serving me. I've never left a bad review before. Hoping it was just an off day, but I'm doubtful.

We live a kilometre from Bolzons and find them to be completely arrogant towards their "neighbours". Constantly have their phone ringing at early and late hours on loud speaker. We choose to get garden supplies elsewhere because we don't want to support a business who refuses to show community spirit to those nearby.shop elsewhere. There's plenty of small garden supply businesses who are ALSO considerate of their neighbours!

I'm not sure if ownership has changed hands, but last time I was in I noticed a drop in customer service. The person on the tipper was inexperienced as it took him so long to load up people and spilled the sand fair bit, missing the trailer. I also was given way too much sand, as a result of his aim in the end, which wouldn't be so bad from my point of view but I had dispose of a lot of wasted sand, and would not help business giving more than paid for. I have been there many times before and won't be going back if it doesn't improve.

Currently in here getting quarry sand and pave set.
Just want to say the guys here are absolute legends and highly recommend coming here!
