Google is asking me the review. We were there about one month ago.

When we booked the massage they didn't tell us that on public holiday you have to pay 10% more. And also they tried to charge us too much money like $100 more than the real price included the 10% and when we realized it they pretended it was a miscalculation.
Not welcoming. The massage was too strong and painful.

Best hot stone massage. Walked out floating and headache I had before massage had disappeared. Beautiful atmosphere.

Always a quality experience, massage is always amazing and very relaxing. I also have an extended sauna and it's so good. I have tried many places closer to my home but the consistency of quality isn't there so I drive just for body bliss, always a wonderful experience, highly reccomend!

Couldn't recommend them highly enough! Everytime I have an appointment it exceeds expectations. The massage therapists are professional and do an excellent job. The facilities are well kept and modern and everyone is so friendly. I feel very comfortable coming here and have brought a number of family and friends.
There is parking out the back if needed which is always handy in norwood.

I booked in for the deep tissue massage. It was one of the best massages I have experienced. The hygiene and ambience of the salon was first class and the staff were friendly.
Highly recommended!

Went yesterday and pointed that pain is in knee part but she didn’t care about it and wasted 75 bucks, I called her she said I have lot of stuff to do so don’t disturb me.

My husband and I recently went to Adelaide from the country and decided to have our first “professional massage”. Right from the start, this was amazing. Unfortunately I cannot remember the masseuses name, but she was so friendly and did a great job, got rid of a lot of knots I had in my back. The foot spa was great also. I loved the shop, clean and smelt amazing. We will definitely be back…. We really enjoyed it, came out refreshed and relaxed. Thanks

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The most rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They say open til 7pm but always say no sorry we can’t o that time no matter what time you try to book a appointment.
Hang up on you on the phone and call customers crazy people. Please please don’t waste your money at this dirty rude massage place

I have been going to this place for almost 4 years now and after my recent visit, they deserve a review. I was given a voucher for my birthday from my mum and had released limited time left to use it. I called to make an appointment and with short notice they were able to fit me in. I usually book online because it is so easy but due to the short notice I wanted to call. The customer service was absolutely great and the atmosphere of the shop was so welcoming and friendly. All the staff members were really nice. I honestly recommend this place, they offer a wide range of treatments that would suit you.

Had the deep tissue massage. The towels on the bed felt dirty and unwashed, the fragrances in the oils were stinky, the masseuse would not stop talking about herself, her own injuries, talking about her boyfriend and also discussing weekend plans with her colleague. In addition one of the massagers was giving unsolicited physiotherapy advice without the qualification - which was not asked for nor needed.

No one wants to hear you talking during a massage, let alone all about yourself. The place was gross and tacky. Don’t go.

Would not recommend this place to any other client.
The original booking was made under my name for an hour long massage, sauna and showers yet somehow a female is allowed to change the booking/package deal under my name without confirmation or notice to me the booking holding client. Was supposed to be $225 and cost $255 after the inconsiderate change of package.
I had stipulated on the time of booking that it should have been a young lady and her god daughter coming in and that the booking to be held under MY name so if any issues arised that I could rectify them before the change yet still no notice of change. (I have the voice call recording to verify this too)
It was also stipulated on the time of booking that I was to be called if there were any changes or issues.
They failed to take bank card details over 6 times and requested bsb and acc details to pay. And again I know it was 6 attempts on the phone for a card payment attempt due to the call recording and if they were saying they only tried 2 times, that is false information because the lady asked me to repeat the card details 6 times.unless the woman has written down my card details for her own benefit which I will have investigated for security concern reasons.

They had no notes of ANY of my requests especially knowing I was doing this as a gift to have someone treated and to spoil a little girl that has never done this sort of thing and in my opinion this is a piss poor effort. (I know that I made all of these requests because I have the phone recording of the original booking so they also lie in their reply to me) I have spoken to the person who attended and is willing to verify all of this too

The massage and facial was most definitely not worth the price paid and should have had a deal made for the client as I could have had a better deal made in a more exotic location.

I placed a formal comment with the booking consultant and nothing was compensated for in regards to all of this.

I am also pushing a comment to be handled with the ACCC and other higher companies on behalf of these issues raised.

I have also verified that the package was supposed to have a facial added on not modifying the current package.

And how dare you post a clients name publicly without authorisation of the client or booking holder.this has been screenshot (incase you change this aswell with out having formal investigations proceeding). You have breached privacy policies and will have a report about this raised too.

And even after my phone call to you on the day of booking and the day of all of this happening, you still did not listen as she isn't my partner or ex, the child isn't mine and the young man that was with her is not my son and was never mentioned of even being my son. And all the information I provided you about the situation was not properly listened to and your reply was not even remotely close to having correct information stated.

Disgusted - they take your money, but give NO service! Recieved a 90 min Groupon Voucher from my Daughter for my birthday in April. Due to Covid and shut downs it was unable to be used for a while which was fair enough. When I finally went to make the booking in June, turned out the voucher had Expired? HOW can a company advertise specials, take money from people (my daughter) and NOT provide a service or refund. I contacted this place direct and was told it needed to go through Groupon - called Groupon, no help there either as its up to the individual business. Oh and by the way, the phone number to make a booking is some random guy. So thanks Body Bliss Massage.

Body Bliss Massage and day spa far from it, I went to my 10 am appointment and was waiting outside at 9: 45 am with another customer when there sign was flashing OPEN, they should of invited their customers in to wait in the seating area instead of making them wait outside.

When waiting outside there was a kid running around in the so called spa?

If you want to be interrupted by an annoying shop chime at the door when people walk in and out during your treatment then its not the place to go, it was so annoying and far from having a peaceful massage.

I got to the counter at 10 am and checked in for my 150 minutes pamper package, the receptionist was so unorganised that I had to ask if there were any forms to fill out, I also asked if I could upgrade my massage to a Herbal Ball compress and that wasnt a problem until I was getting undressed in the room that I was told they cant do it because it required a steamer to heat up the balls.

The spa was decorated nicely and the massage therapists was professional and lovely but there were so many interruptions and people coming in and out of the room and talking loudly, how is that BLISS?

The deep tissue massage and facial were amazing and I really thank the therapist for pampering a 6 foot 4 and big built person.

As I was turning over there was another therapist at the door staring and talking to the massage therapist and every time they opened up the door it squeaked like a haunted mansion, PLEASE OIL YOUR DOORS AND / OR HAVE SOFT CLOSE DOORS! Think about the customers experience.

The sauna and shower were amazing and had enough time to use them, its great that you have shower gel, but think about having a disposable loofah or even a small towel to wipe your body with.

When getting out of the shower went to go use the amenities, I picked up the brush and it still had hair in it YUCK! And there was an old hair tie right next to it, please check your rooms before your clients walk in to that.

When it came time to the foot scrub, the therapist got everything ready and placed my feet in the foot tub she grab the salt and picked up my right foot and only swiped the top of my foot and the she packed up and left, I dont know how that was a foot scrub?

Overall, I think they need to rethink there Company name because its far from bliss or a day spa. As a Customer im so happy that I didn't pay full price for this and got my voucher from GROUPON.

I hope the manager of the spa takes the time to really process all the key points and what the customer expects and looks forward to when getting a pamper package.

I brought what I thought was an amazing deal from Groupon in December as a Christmas present for my mum. Boy was I wrong. My first interaction was with someone who tried to tell me they no longer do the voucher I had just purchased from Groupon 5 mins before I rang. So I asked to speak to a manager. They then decided to honour the deal.

I then asked to book the massage in January they tried to say no you need to use it now I said no the voucher is valid until the 18th of February so I want to use it in January because it is a Christmas present and they tried to tell me that it needs to be used by the 23rd December. I said no the voucher is valid until February and I want to use it in January.

Fast forward to today. We had a lovely foot spa. It was quite nice. However it was in the front foyer of the place so not very enjoyable. We were then guided to the room. The massage tables looked like they were knocked up by a high school wood work student. Mine I could see the nails as I lay down it felt precarious. The flowers under the face hole where something nice to look at but I couldn't take my mind off of the shoddy carpentry. I was left alone to help my mobility impaired mum up onto the bed which is waiste height.

The lady giving the massage walked in and didn't say anything just set to work which was disconcerting. She didn't ask about injuries, how much pressure I need for the massage or any allergies. I still have no idea what oil was put on my skin. She only asked half way through the massage if the pressure was okay.

The massage was nice but when it ended abruptly we were hastily shown the sauna not told how it or the shower work. The shower my poor mum couldn't use because it has step to get into and was unable to step into it with her mobility issues. Then as we left the lady at reception was on her phone. She shoved brochures at us and we left. Hot sweaty and covered in an unknown oil. Not a pleasant experience. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
