Body Bliss Massage

Terrible massage with Kevin, just pushed the oil around. I booked and paid for a remedial massage which I did not get. I also booked the appointment the night before, and the next day the prices had increased.

My daughter really enjoyed her facial and massage, it was a lovely way to spend her 21st Birthday.

Feel sad for writing this as went in with high hopes but can’t recommend them for their foot massages. Honestly I’ve no idea what they were trying to do. For an hour foot massage (which had them confused and asking three times if I was sure I wanted an hour) half hour was spent on my legs and the rest on my feet. Not sure what torture device they used on my feet but it felt like a pen or similar where she was trying peel my bones off like you’d do butter with a knife. Then the attempted implanting happened. Feet still sore over 24 hours later and redden on the top. The ginger tea at the end was nice though

Had a horrible experience here. It was a while ago and I never left a review as I normally don’t do these but the experience still bothers me. Wanted a lady masseuse but had to have a male as all the ladies were all booked out. I agreed as I’ve had a massage by a male at All Around Massage Norwood and the ladies made sure I was soo comfortable! They came in before him to help me cover my chest area, etc and just made sure I was really comfortable, it was so lovely. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case at Body Bliss. The masseuse SAT ON ME during my massage, as in I was on my stomach and he wrapped his legs like around my bottom? So he could rub my back, I felt so uncomfortable. He kept pulling my arms out to massage them? And exposing my breasts many times! He was massaging my bottom too and kept pulling my underwear down, I just felt so uncomfortable and exposed the whole time, it was awful. Not to mention he was massaging me so painfully! I was in SO MUCH PAIN I was crying, I literally had to leap up a few times as I couldn’t bear the pain, what’s worst is I asked him to go more gentle as it hurt badly AND HE SAID HE COULDNT because “my muscles need this”. God it was the worst experience, I never allow myself to spend money on myself for nice things like this too so it was honestly so disappointing and traumatic.

I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Veny it was excellent and I will be coming back for sure

Had a fantastic massage this morning with Ailis, the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and smelt really fresh, I will be rebooking for sure thanks for a wonderful experience

Best place for relaxation and healing. Amelia veny was the masseuse and she was so wonderful that I was having severe pain on my knee and now I feel like nothing happened.

Went for a 90mins massage today whole body, i had a beautiful experience, veny is a very professional masseuse handled my back very well, and felt improvement within the day.when i walked in, the place was smelling really nice and had a relaxing vibe.everything was perfect from the music to the details inside the rooms. 10/10.

Frustrating! I had a $50 AUD gift voucher that I wanted to use today for a much-needed relaxing massage, but the staff couldn't process it properly and sent me away.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I booked for 90min remedial massage and ended up leaving the room unhappy 10 min after the starting of the treatment. The lady appointed to me was Jessica, she started putting oil on my back sitting on the bed next to me for all the time and caressing my back with only one hand! I had to stop her and ask if she had any sort of experience performing remedial massage and she said that in her country she's a physiotherapist? ! And I was very taken back, I had to explaine to her that there is difference between a remedial massage therapist and physiotherapist, and I paid 90 min of time to be performed by a professional remedial massage therapist. She went to call her colleague that said to me that unfortunately there is no other therapist working today, they were only 2 of them, and to come back later in the afternoon and have a massage with her. So I had to dress, with oil on my back, and leave the premises unhappy and annoyed by the waste of my time when I was really looking forward to spend a lovely time stress free. This is not how you run a business, staff needs to be trained and qualified to perform certain massages on clients.

First time getting a massage done in a good 5 years and was not disappointed at all, felt absolutely amazing the lady took her time and got out so many nots. I woke up with a sore back (to be expected) but I could feel the realise my body needed. And the facial felt wonderful I've never had a facial done before so didn't know what to expect but enjoyed it very much! You'll be seeing me again very soon

I booked massage with one particular therapist and when i went to them they said can you change the therapist but i refused and they agreee ok can wait.but at last i went to another therapist which i have not booket.that is poor management

Amazing massage! Great professional staff! Towels are fluffy, clean and smell good. Only negative is they don’t turn on heaters. Freezing in winter. No point being ‘tight arses’ when we pay good money for their services ‍️

The best in all aspects of a needed massage. The ambience, the music, best applied pressure, lovely friendly staff; including professional. Fluffy towels and a warm room or the right temperature according to the weather. Can claim on Health Benefits as an added bonus! Great location in the main street of Prospect, with easy free parking. Highly recommended
