Bluff Resort Apartments

Very very disappointing. Apartment was dated, tired and dirty. Complex not well maintained. Overpriced.

Great spot, enjoyed staying here very much. Only a few minutes (by car) into town. Plenty of nice walks close by and a great view

We stayed at the 3 room apartment for 4 adults and 2 young toddlers. The apartment was well equipped with all cooking utensils and even came with a nepresso machine and milk frother! There was a heater in our room which came in very useful during our stay in winter. The only hitch we encountered was that we could not drain the water out from the bath tub. That was rather inconvenient as we could not shower our toddler in the tub. The best feature of the apartment was the gorgeous wall to floor windows overlooking the beautiful Victor Harbour. It was quite a sight for us to wake up to the views. A wonderful choice to stay at if you’re vacationing at Victor Harbour.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the television and this was immediately attended and fixed. Hassle free check in and check out.

Beautiful place, apartment accommodation so clean, very comfortable. Definitely will back again.

Had a fantastic time here. Very clean. Spacious. Would have been nice to have a sheer blind to break the sun's reflection. Couch was facing the TV not the ocean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other's.

I absolutely loved this little cozy apartment. The views, the spa, the room, the cleanliness.everything was spot on.highly recommend.

Stayed in the studio apartment.
It was clean, and the view was worth the cost.
Staff friendly and helpful, parking good. Good walks along the beach and around The Bluff.
Our studio is starting to show its age and could do with a bit of TLC this aside will be back.

The bluff was lovely very quiet with fantastic views. The facilities were visually pleasing and clean. The bluff is a beautiful location in any weather with walking trails. The pool was nice and clean with pool and BBQ areas. I was impressed as many other holiday spots charge more for a lot less.

Shower was magnificent.
Clean & welcoming. Highly recommend.

The service wasn't helpful at all. Never ever again will I stay there. When something goes wrong they were not understanding at all.

Everything works and barbecue, and washing machines, and a clean pool. THANKS! If we visit your hotel again, we will definitely stay with you!

Was good size rooms, very clean, only constructed feedback they didn't let us know the room was on second floor.hard for someone in wheel chair or crutches, the outside steps were very steep.

Stayed here with 13 other motorcycle enthusiasts good friends for chrissy girls ride, everyone enjoyed rooms, service and wicked meals. Will be back

Great location with views overlooking the encounter bay. Well appointed unit.ideal for a relaxing stay. Our 3rd visit and looking forward to staying there again.

We had a room with ocean views and it was panoramic, very functional rooms, comfortable, spa magnificent.staff friendly, we will come again and again.

Fantastic view of the bay. Good living space, with room to move. Swimming pool, short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking. Ramp or stairs to units.

The apartments are looking a bit forlorn and are in definite need of a make over. You are paying for the view.
