Order the flower a day before. Were told to deliver in the morning next day for birthday presence. Instead it was delivered at 5 pm on the day of birthday. Demanded refund but refused. What is the point of having that birthday presents!

I really like their flower arrangements. I live overseas so I rely on them to deliver excellent flowers without hassle and if I have an issue they are very responsive via email.

Came in yesterday and the flower arrangements they had were stunning and beautiful. There was a dog there named Coco that gave me a warm welcoming and had my heart at first sight. Purchased some preserved flowers for my house that I’m extremely happy with and their customer service was great, truly kind people.
