Was able to book this morning for a massage the same evening online, super easy. I arrived to a lovely calm, modern place with friendly staff. Josey was my massage therapist and after a chat about my problem areas she gave me a lovely massage and really focused on my knots and aches. She really made me feel at ease and relaxed. The massage was priced well and the place had a beautiful day spa kind of feel. I was offered sparkling or still water and tea prior to my massage, and received a cute little gift bag for my first visit. Will return, thanks for a great experience!

Amazing massages from highly skilled professionals, notably Greg who I can't recommend highly enough. He is very attentive, thorough, and genuinely cares about his clients needs.

Keep in mind that these are remedial massages, so while they will hurt a bit you'll walk out feeling amazing.

Highly recommend! I had a remedial massage with Josey. She was very attentive, professional and seemed to genuinely care about getting me back on track.

I was booked in for a remedial massage. The website advertised hicaps rebate facility offered for remedial massage. The massage I received was not remedial in nature and I gained no benefit from it.
When it came time for payment I was informed that the particular therapist couldn't provide a rebate. I explained that I was not informed of this when booking. The business dismissed my claim. When I later made it clear to them that I booked using the 'any therapist' function for a remedial massage on their website and the information about the therapist not providing rebates was not presented on the booking page, there was no offer of a partial refund. The business removed that therapist from the remedial massage booking options the next day. I was left $50 further out of pocket than I expected for a massage that lacked any remedial benefits. The customer service was inadequate. I would not recommend this business, especially if you have genuine stress and tension issues. I left more stressed and tense than when I arrived.

I have been going to Blissana for remedial massages and highly recommend them! It made such a difference to my muscle injury and it’s definitely improving over time. Thanks girls!

Blissana is the best place to go for massage therapy! I had my first massage there with Sam and it was amazing. I can't recommend him more. He was friendly and welcoming and made the experience very relaxing. The massage was just the right amount of pressure and he helped get out the knots in my back. The rest of the team, Sophie, Alicia and Stephanie are also super friendly. I can't wait to go back and experience the other treatments they offer. Thank you guys!

I popped into Blissana for the first time yesterday to sort out a few niggling issues. I went for a remedial with Sam and can't recommended him highly enough. He was incredibly thorough and informative during the massage which helped me better understand my body. I'll definitely be coming back in future!

Before working up the courage to get a massage I had booked 5 appointments over a course of afew weeks but never turned up due to anxiety! After booking one last time I worked up the courage to go, and it was the BEST and the most comfortable experience. I rebooked straight away and have no anxiety! Won’t go anywhere else!

Enjoyed the massage at Blissana. Felt really good afterwards. The pressure and techniques were matched at the right level which means I didn’t wake up feeling sore the next day. Will be visiting again.

Very hygiene and relaxing facilities and friendly staff. Had an hour of deep tissue massage and my therapist was very on point at finding the right trigger points to loosen my stiff muscles. Will be back to try some dry needling as well.

Came in for the first time last week after winning a voucher at the local cafe.very relaxing and calming, the salt lamp and calming music is a very nice touch to help relax. I will definitely be coming back, girls were very lovely and accommodating.
