Couldn’t believe this isolated little pub in this small town had so many vego options! It was so great to order a classic pub meal, from the friendly staff, and sit and eat in this scenic and quiet location! An equivalent pub in NSW normally only has chips as an option (my home town ~3000 people, recently removed their only vego option, a burger, from the menu: (). Am not sure if all SA pubs have such a diverse menu - but was super super impressed for our first SA pub experience!

Went there for lunch with friends my fish and chips were terrible fish must have come out of Birdseye frozen, fish, box, will never return

Women2Wheels arranged a motorcycle ride to Blanchetown. A nice quaint old hotel. Service was quick. Great food. Helpful staff.

Called into this cute hotel for lunch en route to Barmera! Always enjoy it! Good food, friendly service, good wine list. We ate on the verandah with a view of the river

Staff were inexperienced and had little knowledge of alcohol. Only food available were pizza (which was yummy) or toasted sandwiches

Excellent service and meals were fresh and really good quality. Dianne sauce was spot on. Can sit inside or outside good view of the Murray from the deck outside.

Brilliant old pub great service, friendly people. Meals are very nice good prices and lovely, love the pepper gravy. Always have different meal specials nice spot check it out if passing through.

This lovely local pub provided perfect service, perfect food. We had home made WoodOven Pizza’s cooked to perfect. Highly recommend stopping in for a feed!

Son plays for Blanchtown went to watch them play at Ramco stopped in at the Blanchtown pub for dinner before travelling back home to Adelaide. Damn brilliant food.

An amazing meal! The staff were friendly and helpful. Even gave us doggie bag for leftovers! 100% recommend this place for an awesome family night out!

A Pub worth visiting as it has the charm of a country Pub. Food is ample and well presented, although average for pub food. Service is excellent as is at most country pubs. Visit was enjoyable including the views.

None of the staff or customers wearing a mask. No one gave a toss. But don't try going bare foot. They enforce that.

The young lady behind the bar was so welcoming the food was excellant, the young lady who cleared the table was so polite. Next time we are in Blanchtown we will certainly return

Did not expect to find vegan options out this way. Was a very pleasant surprise. This balcony outside looking over the river was really beautiful too. Great country hotel.

Lovley place. But we stood around 20mins before we got served. Wasn't busy either.seems more focus around the bar. Food was good.

Well. Just a pub. We had dinner. Our daughter had a good meal, we shared a pizza, was supposed to be a meat lovers, turned out to be a Hawaiian pizza.staff said it was a meat lover. But no salami etc. So what do you do. But we had a good night, good wine selection. Nice staff. So have a steak.
