Dr Paul, introduced himself to my partner and not me. He was very rude and from what I can tell has no social skills. After I left he sent me a prescription for something he said he couldn't prescribe me when I walked out. I felt very uncomfortable.

Just rang up to request an appointment with Dr Charleson however they could not get me a phone consult until the 28th March. Today is the 6th March. I have unfortunately ran out of my medication and need a new script (didn’t realise I ran out of my repeats). I asked if I could be squeezed in for a quick phone consult so I can be sent an e-script, to which I was flat out told no. I said that it’s a bit ridiculous that I can’t get a phone consult until the 28th so I will be trying elsewhere because I need my medication (can’t stop taking abruptly). The receptionist turned around and angrily told me that I should not have ran out of my medication and script and should not wait until the last minute to try and get in for a phone consult. Yes, I should have been more mindful and aware of how many repeats I had left…but everyone makes mistakes. This lady was so completely rude and unhelpful. Maybe you shouldn’t be working in healthcare if you don’t care about people’s health.

After 15+ years we have left this surgery, October this year, our new clinic sent through a request for a medical summary for my wife, 6 weeks later my wife called them and was told they haven’t received it, it was sent again the excuse was our computer’s are broken. Ring today as it’s nearly been 3 months and told we won’t get to it till next year because the practice manager only comes in once a fortnight. Too bad if it was urgent. Seriously if you are unwell with chronic health issues there is no Dr there that will treat you professionally and will tell you in Dr Paul’s own words “I can’t help you” don’t bother making an apt, stay clear.

All I have to say is it's a very sad day, I can't believe it, we are cheeky to each other, have a good chat, some very serious others just having a laugh with each other & I told him off too, also said take me with you, how dare my Dr Talal Baaj leave me.its a sad day my appointments will never be the same.no Dr could ever replace you.
I feel like crying? But thank you Dr Talal Baaj, you have been my rock for years & i mean years (only reason i stayed at the clinic), all the best you deserve a good break, but you will be missed at the clinic, but if you ever come back to practice please let me know. Thankyou, you always have a smile for me and a laugh, stay safe.

One of there bad habits is not turning there phones on and I keep getting (you have called after hours) it is Monday midday and I know there open however there is no other way to contact them this is very poor indeed

Place has gone down hill for the past few years, 1 hour wait today for Dr Paul and still as creepy as he was before. He’s definitely a doctor u use if there’s none other available

Dr Paul is terrible. If you are booked to see him, just change. My daughter went to see him recently and was told she was going to just have to live with the problem ie it is chronic. No proper investigation, and this was after her experiencing this for the first time for x2 weeks only. I am a nurse, and was appalled that he did not investigate her issue before "diagnosing" a chronic problem. I encouraged her to get a second opinion at another practice - which she did and her problem has been resolved. She will not be returning there any time soon. He is a disgrace.

I usually see Dr Anita Charleson and she is a great doctor but as she has limited time at the clinic I needed to see someone quickly and that was Dr Paul. Initially all went well but I needed to book a phone consult with the clinic and Dr Paul to go over some x-ray results.
This was booked for 11.10am today from two days ago. At 11.40am I rang to see what's happening and told he has one more patient then he will ring you within 20 minutes.
Well I rang again over an hour later to be told he is busy and they will leave him a note. Well now its 2 hours past my booked time and still nothing but I bet he is seeing people.
Why make the effort or allow phone consults when you dont stick to them. I understand you can get busy but more than 2 hours later and nothing but crickets.not the type of Customer Service Id expect.
Maybe I should bill you for my time wasted

Can't even ring up to make a appointment because no one answers the phone today it goes straight to messag bank saying they are closed I really need a repeat on a important script as I have ran out bloody useless website says their open

Dr Baaj is a caring and understanding Dr. Helping my mother with her health concerns and always followed up with other specialists was also my previous DR before I moved areas

Dr Paul is a bit of a weird Doctor. Always late frankly only use if you need a sick note. Anything else and he will be out of his depth. Also expect to wait at least an hour. From the smell I think he needs constant smoke breaks.

What a great Healthcare Clunic, I can recommend Dr Baaj as a very caring professional Dr. My husband has been seeing him for over 8 years. Over that time he has been treated for severe Emphysema. Dr Baaj is very thorough in refering him to all other speciaist he needs

Always long waiting times, why make appointment times if you cant keep them. We actually have lifes you lnow and sitting in your waiting room for about 1 hours is not acceptable

Over several appointments with Dr Anita Charleson and nurse Joanna Earle, I can confirm they are absolutely amazing. My family and I have all had good experiences. They listen and care! I felt calm and not judged.
5 stars for Jo who is so lovely with my baby.
I would highly recommend both Dr Charleson and nurse Jo.

Waiting times are getting worse all the time, have to wait almost an hour, sometimes longer and when you do get in to see doctor you are rushed through

Do not see Dr Paul, I went to see him about 8 years ago and he is still the same today, phone consult he was rude and arrogant and would not give me an opportunity to talk. Phone consult was 3 hours late and I was still told I had to make an in person appointment for something I was told I could get a prescription for over the phone.
Dr Baaj is a great alternative.

The nurse and receptionists were super nice and welcoming however Dr Paul was not only and hour late but also incredibly rude did not care for anything I had to say and seemed like he just wanted to rush me out.honestly the worst doctor I've ever dealt with and I shouldn't be surprised as many others I know that have seen him have felt the same way. Will go elsewhere or see a different doctor next time.:)

I have been going here for years and I have always found the staff and Doctors here to be great.

So disappointed many of The good staff have left. We see Dr Dean Hurst.a fabulous caring doctor. He left and "they" unethically wouldn't tell us where he went.but we searched every clinic in the area and found him. He's the sort of doctor you'd not want to lose! Any former patients who are trying to find him he is now practicing at GP Axis Medical Center corner of Charlotte rd and Anderson walk (by the round about)
