Many thanks to Dr Tihui. She has been our family GP ever since 2012 and we have always being following her for her expertises and heart-warming advices; she’s always the best! And she is always so patiently explaining everything in details, for our knowledge and also to assure us the most! She’s the family dream GP and we are definitely going with her forever! I would like to thank Dr Aziza Mirzaeva for the special, excellent care and support she has been providing to me during my current medical treatment. From the first time I was diagnosed and until now she has been always friendly, optimistic and emotionally supportive. Dr Aziza is professional, knowledgeable and attentive to details. Really like my doctor. She also has availability some evenings and on Saturdays which great as I work full time.

I've seen Dr Justyna 3 times now and every time she's been very patient and understanding. Listens to what I need to say and never rushes me. She's also very kind and gentle which means alot to me as I struggle with mental health stuff. Finally I don't feel afraid to go to the doctor anymore. Makes a difference when you find the right one. The receptionists have always been very lovely to me too

Almost been 1 year of visiting Blackwood family medical centre. Friendly staff and doctors. It’s great.

Long wait in waiting room but once seen the doctors knew their stuff and were helpful and efficient.

I go there when I'm sick, can't say I've had wonderful experiences more mediocre. Don't have a regular GP. Generally you feel rushed through ur appointment. Just the usual conveyor belt healthcare services. "NEXT. " Oh and be prepared for the obligatory waiting room experience. Thankfully there's a TV to distract people.

This medical clinic is awesome. Their professionalism struck me as first class from the minute the phone was answered, when I rang for an appointment. I experienced great courtesy, concern and care. It is a calm environment in which to wait, and I noticed that the receptionist anticipated and was forthcoming in explaining short delays. Great attitude all round! I applaud you.

This was my first visit to the centre and I found Doctor Kevin Owens to be a thoughtful and caring person.

It’s a doctors office, boring. Had a relatively good experience. Got in on a cancelation, was called in 15 minutes after appointment time. Dr was polite and caring. Office could use a little warmth. Front office staff accommodating.

Good clinic for family GP services. Lovely staff and good doctors.
Only a shame they are no longer fully bulk billing.

Am a past and still on going patient of this medical practice however I booked (and received confirmation etc) a Telehealth appointment online with one of their GP’s.and surprisingly unfortunately - after what has now been a patient/considerate 3.5 hour wait - am still yet to be called by the doctor or even the reception at the practice…
Was largely and rather desperately relying upon this scheduled Telehealth appointment, but now I am left that dismayed, disappointed and hopeless; that I don’t know what to do and have just about given up.
Guess I shouldn’t have bothered.or wasted my time and hope

I have been visited Blackwood family medical center many times and had the good experiences with DR. But one of the reception staff is a true receptionist. Every time was really rude and unprofessional. Today I was calling because yesterday I missed 3 phone call from them and I want to know what happened. The receptionist just handed up my phone cal and told me to ignore. That’s really unprofessional! Really bad!
