The best lollie shop in the world love how the kid is buying something and the lady at the counter give the lollies back to your child and there sour lollies are the best

Come here once every couple weeks to get my candy fix they are super amazing, staff are awesome and helpful and I love that you can pick and choose, so much variety as well. Best candy store ever! The range is amazing and have cool stuff that I haven't seen before! Sometimes prices are bit high but totally worth it

Went into the store to grab a few things and all the sorts of different lollies are on to offer from Australia and overseas as well

As the staff are friendly and helpful as well even gave me a friendly smile too

They even stocked my favourite chocolate as well

Will be back again soon

Blackeby's candy shop is the best confectionery shop in Adelaide hands down they have such a massive variety however I've only given them 4 stars as they still don't yet have the gummy skittles and other American candies in stock hopefully they will soon x

Very friendly and helpful staff, wide range of products and an unexpected find from New Zealand

Has a great variety of candy and odd sods. Service with a smile always, especially the gentleman, he has such patience with the youngster customers.

Always sweet stopping here to get a drink and quick snack. Friendly staff and good layout and selections of candy from UK and USA and some Aussie faves too like my red sticks

Absolutely zero customer service. If you walk in you won't be acknowledged at all, too busy looking at their Instagram/the mirror.

Always have great service when I feel like having a taste of English chocolate. They have heaps of stock and so many different regions represented.

Vegan products are mislabeled. Watermelon slices had a green sticker (indicating suitable for vegans) but one of the first ingredients is pork gelatin. I brought this to the sales clerks attention and she just said they were in the process of changing around the store but didn't rectify the issue by taking off the sticker she just said she'd write it down. That is not on! Please be more mindful when advertising vegan products and make sure you check the ingredients thoroughly.

Good range of confectionary, however have found some of it to be stale, which is disappointing.

Love this place. Excellent range of sweets from around the world. English chocolate, which is totally different to the Australian made version's.
Lemon crystals which I love and believe this is the only company that brings into Australia. Liquorice comforts. Keep up the good work.

Went there yesterday with my dad, the lady who served us was very helpful and allowed us to try samples to decided if we liked a certain candy before we purchased it. Didn't have the exact change so they rounded down giving us some discount. Really pleased with the customer service would highly recommend coming here- they have a great selection and very good pricing.

This would be my dream working in a candy shop, where do I sign up? Are all the sweet shops all linked?

Extremely poor customer service. 4 staff only 1 serving, the rest ignoring customers. Waited for 15 mins watching the staff Talking to each other. Only 1 poor girl trying to weigh lollies and use the register. Other staff could have served the line whilst the 1 girl weighed. Poor poor service.
