What a wonderful company to do business with. I had my heart set on a beautiful Cloud sofa and ottoman and after contacting Black mango with a few questions, they went above and beyond to help me acquire my dream sofa. I paid using both Afterpay and ZIP in a tailor made transaction which made it so easy for me. I’ve nearly paid it all off and I’m just so happy with the whole experience. Excellent quality and a modern style. I can’t believe how quickly it was delivered to regional Tasmania… very impressed indeed. Thanks Black Mango!

Great service, great price

The worse delivery service I have ever experienced. 3 items ordered for local "next day" delivery. Received multiple messages saying "your order will be delivered tomorrow". 4 days later, I have received 1 item. Several reply emails sent to Black Mango, no response. Had to message via the website to get a reply. Extremely disappointing. I live one hour away from them but due to working hours could not pick up the order. If I had know it was going to be this much trouble I would not have placed a $700+ order.

Dan and the guys were very nice and welcoming when I picked up my order. My item was exactly how it looked on their website. No surprises when unboxing. Really good quality stuff. Will be back for sure.
