Was with Peter for 10 plus years with 10plus customer support. New manager for the last three years every time I go in I have to price match. Over priced Well I’m sorry but it’s over. I feel like at every opportunity they try to over charge. COME BACK PETER.

Sadly they tried to charge my elderly mother $600 for a pair of cheap frame glasses & $1000 for two pairs knowing that she is on full pension. Disgraceful!
Very helpful, attentive team. The on-site optometrist conducted my eye test accurately, taking time to ensure I had correct specifications.
The experienced sales team was understanding of my needs and not only had a great range of glasses frames but also offered good advice which helped with selection. The turnaround time was quick and I now have a long-lasting pair of glasses that suits me, both lenses and frames, for a good price. Thank-you Black Forest Optical!
Popped in to grab a new pair of glasses and had them ready to collect on the same day! Usually have to wait over a week at other places. Very helpful and friendly staff, great range. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.
