Bindarra Reserve reviews
11A truly wonderful place to spend time having a picnic by the beach and a great playground for the kids
Absolutely fantastic playground for young kids, even babies and toddlers. Mostly fenced, toilets, and opposite the beach and the Brighton jetty, and round the corner from the great jetty road shops and cafes and restaurants. Even has a bit of lovely lawn and beautiful old climbable fig tree (but if you want space to really stretch out and kick a ball etc try the excellent Angus Neil reserve further along the beach in seacliff)
Has great play equipment, barbecue area, seating and even trees for kids to climb.also close enough from Jetty Road that your coffee doesn't get cold walking there so you can sit and enjoy it while watching your kids.
Plenty of shade along with bbq burners, playground for the kids and a great view of the foreshore. Very popular Reserve.
Great little park with a nice playground, lovely lawn including shaded areas and a BBQ with protection from the wind in behind the surf club. Toilets too and Jetty road a 2min walk for coffee and eats.
Geat little park for kids under the age of 7 ish and a nice grassed area for playing with a ball.
The best thing about this playgroung and reserve is the huge old (Morton Bay Fig?) tree. It was so special to see our 4 grandkids play for a short time on the modern playground but move onto climbing the huge old tree. Its in the back cnr of the reserve but so beautiful and special. It was a special high place where they could climb, pretend, use their imaginations on play and take a few risks as we did when I grew up. Beautiful day and moments to remember.
Great playground for all ages, especially toddlers. Would be better if it was fully enclosed by the fence.
Kid friendly park with lots of room and good facilities. Brand new play area for kids of all ages.
Was here at 5.30 in the morning to see the lunar eclipse & there was no paper in the toilet. Not happy
