Biga Cafe

Outstanding corner cafe on Hutt Street! The service is exceptional, the omelette is incredible, and the fresh juices are a definite favorite. The ambience is spot on, making it perfect for a Saturday morning hangout. Bonus points for happily providing water for a thirsty little puppy.

We arrived without a booking at 8: 15am on Father's Day! Instead of sending us packing, the Barista made room for us for breakfast. The coffee and food were amazing, we were so full we had to cancel our lunch booking. Thanks

An easy 'go to' for brunch - great menu (French Toast and the Gatherer's Greens are regular orders for us), super-quick service, very casual atmosphere, large outdoor dining area that's dog-friendly, and in the heart of cosmopolitan Hutt Street. What's not to like!

Ate in for breakfast and was not disappointed. Staff were friendly, coffee was great and the sweet corn fritters were great. The “poached” egg was the best I’ve eaten as I normally steer away from poached as they are water drenched and I prefer my eggs well done. The Asian salad was a nice fresh addition and it was nice to have a non bread option for breakfast which wasn’t fruit, yoghurt or Muesli.

Go here for Breakfast they are so yummy and massive serves.

The kick-start breaky is awesome and the butter is soft to spread no need to sit under the coffee to melt it.

Fantastic Coffee, Food. Busy coffee shop with good selection of breakfast / lunch food. Also licensed with small menu of wine or Beer available. The Greatest Staff! Always friendly, quick with food or drink. Inside or covered outside seating (heaters and blankets in winter.) Thanks Danny for making Biga Cafe so good.

I love this coffee shop for dining in and take aways. I visit regularly with my friends and to just grab a coffee on my day off.

My five stars is for the ambiance of the place. The Devore and the most amazing service from the beautiful staff at Biga Cafe.

Absolutely the best breakfast around. Awesome food and service. The juices are so tasty. You need to try it yourself.

Been meaning to write this review for like 5 months but I couldn’t get into my account…when my friends and I went there for breakfast it was lovely and the atmosphere was very welcoming. However there was this one lady who was kinda stand-off ish to my friends and had a bit of an attitude which was uncomfortable. I got smashed avo on toast and it was amazing and the portion size was perfect. Was a bit pricey but super yummy so I can look past the price…. A few months later I ordered from them on Uber eats was very expensive I got the same thing and overall it was like $50 for one meal but that’s just what you get with online ordering… after a reasonable amount of time i got a notification saying my food was made and awaiting pickup… my Ubereats driver got there quickly but I noticed he was waiting there for like 40 minutes. I messaged and asked why it was taking so long and he said “they just aren’t making your food they haven’t even started” which was confusing… anyway when it arrived it was messy like I opened it and it looked like it had been thrown around in the box… I also I also understand that because it was being delivered that could’ve effected it but no where near that much.idk if they were rushing or mad at my driver cause he was being rude? The smoothie was also all over the box and through the bag and tasted DISGUSTING I took one sip and threw it out idk if I can order from them again.

Friendly polite clean cafe! Chips could be a slightly bigger portion for that price with the burger

Great Biga Breakfast that was very generous. Coffee is nice and a really nice corner in the city.

Love breakfasts here, staff is superb and menu has a variety of options for sweet, savoury or healthy! Nice decor and ambience. Cost is reasonable. Highly recommend a visit when in Adelaide.

Okay, I did not write enough on this shining star of a Cafe in Hutt Street Adelaide. On a Sunday I think they are the only city Cafe open at 0630hrs. Wow.

People greet you with a smile, Breakfast is always of high standard, try the Spicy Thai omelette, the Breakast Burger and the excellent quality coffee!

Well done Biga Cafe 10 stars if could!

Green bowl delicious and the poached eggs cooked to perfection. Chocolate milkshake however was highly criticised by Master12 on account of the lack of chocolate taste. He's still raving about the burger though.:)

Had a Thai chicken salad and I got chicken strip's and grated cabbage and the chicken was reheated chicken cost $17 and I've been feeling sick ever since! Never again will I go there.

None of the staff wearing masks, and loudly complaining to one another about masks, is a pretty bad look

Great banana smoothies, lovely fresh coffee served with a smile. Reasonably priced fresh food with great variety. Plenty of space for bigger groups.

Cappuccino was very ordinary.
It resembled a flat white.
So I sent it back!
Next they brought back a far better coffee.
It was a cappuccino, just what I paid for in the first place.

One of my favs. Parking never an issue, good menu variety, consistently good coffee and good service. Not too expensive either.
