BIG4 Renmark Riverfront Holiday Park

Power ensuite site was great. The best big 4 we have stayed at. Great friendly service. Well maintained park. Highly recommend this park. Looking forward to staying here again.soon

In Summer I imagine this place is packed. In winter it is pretty quiet. The only downside that I saw was the proximity of the road (which is a bit noisy). The park _is_ really beside the river - which looks amazing - even in winter.

Very nice place to stay, only thing was the cabin only had 1 air conditioner and it was a cold night.

Stayed one night on a powered site, not by the river but a short walk past cabins or amenities to the river bank. A very good view. The amenities block was clean and modern, with only a short wait for hot water in the shower. Had a bit of noise from the road, so further from that the better.

We arrived late and left early so did not get to experience much, but we did receive AMAZING customer service from reception who also arranged a last minute dinner for us, it was very much appreciated (and was delicious!). The showers were really clean with great water pressure. The grounds are clean and well kept. We want to come back to be able.to try out all the activities available

We stayed at the Big 4 Renmark Riverfront Holiday Park for 11 nights May/ June 2022 and enjoyed everyday. The park is so spacious, extremely well looked after and the staff were so lovely & friendly. The splash park was fantastic as was the outdoor cinema. We stayed in an ensuite site which was very spacious and extremely clean. You had a view of the beautiful Murray River no matter where you camped. It was one of the best Caravan Parks we have stayed in.

Such an amazing, clean modern park with fantastic facilities and views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A real credit to the staff. Highly recommended!

Really nice clean well maintained park that's right on the river front, walking distance into town.staff are lovely also.and there's plenty of wild life!

For location, scenery & park facilities I would give 5 plus stars, this place is amazing & the minute you arrive all your worries go out the window & you feel extremely relaxed & rejuvenated by the beautiful surroundings. Its just a shame you have to go through reception first & interact with the rude desk staff. Theyre a miserable bunch in there which I cant understand when they work in such beautiful surrounds, if I had that view at my job everyday I’d be so happy. & NICE to people. They all need retraining on how to be hospitable, instead of making visitors feel as if their presence us an imposition to them. The park staff are amazing though, so friendly driving round in their little buggies, happy to stop & chat. The cabins are absolutely beautiful & perfectly clean, beds super comfy. There are so many things for the kids to do: games room, waterpark, outdoor movie theatre, jumping pillow & lots of equipment for hire. We love this place, it is brilliant. We’ve just learnt to keep interactions with the reception staff to an absolute bare minimum- arrival & departure only, everything in between is wonderful

2 nights here.could spend a week! Bit wasted on me with the amazing array of kids activities, but having a swim in lovely pool soon. Lovely grounds & helpful & friendly staff.thank you!

Great facilities & really family friendly especially having younger kids in our group.

The water park, pool and outdoor theatre were great to keep the kids occupied for hours.

Heaps of space for kids to ride bikes and scooters. Pump track was great for kids a bit older.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, there was access for everyone, wheelchair access every where.

Best camp kitchens I have seen.

Only thing I'll nit pick is the coffee from the kiosk wasn't great in my experience and that didn't take away from the fact that everything else was great and made our stay really enjoyable.

Will definitely be back.

Kids loved it. Cabin on the waterfront. Rude lady at desk front told my wife to get a mask which is fine as she forgot it.but the lady was not even wearing hers over her nose and when I went in next day had it under her chin! @. Also at 2 or 3 in the morning had 5 smoke alarm go crazy loud because of one getting flat battery (unserviced). By the time I climbed on stool half asleep and disconnectedthem all before I found the right one told the front desk on check out and they said OK. No sorry or apology at all. And we told cleaners two days before. Other than that the park was great. There is great coffee in town at bakery

Great spot and the facilities are great! The staff however let the place down. We had issues with the gate code and when we asked they accused us of not using it to get out even though we did and then said we put the wrong code in when we didn't and after all that saying they had issues with the gates.start with that yeah?

This place is magic, caters for all ages. Bike tracks, fishing, boating, close to Renmark & Paringa.only 2 hrs from Adelaide.

We stayed there on the weekend for 2 nights. Place is pefectly clean and facilities are good. However, some staff were not friendly and racist. My wife went to reception and wasn’t treated politely with her issue. She was told to get out and was yelled at. Felt like being attacked. Younger staff who was trying to assist my wife have been reprimanded by those older staff. We stayed in a 2-bedroom cabin with just my wife, son and myself but have to pay $25 extra each night for my 2-year old son! Don’t think we will be going back there and definitely wouldn’t recommend to our family and friends.

Terrible. If you’re from Victoria or any other state you’ll be told to get out side and treated like a animal honestly isn’t worth the hassle not very nice people.

How bad is being next to a main road, shocking! Incredibly noisey, trucks are non stop and I feel like we are going to be run over by them due to being so close to the road. If I read the other reviews before booking, I would not have chosen to camp here. Incredible park with great facilities for the kids, but if you like to sleep, think carefully before booking this place. Horrendous

Great for the family. Central location. Do feel as though some things (like scooters) should be included for staying patrons (perhaps those that are staying for several days)

Beautiful clean park right on the river. Lots of activities. Staff really lovely, friendly and helpful. Paringa Hotel runs a courtesy bus to pick you up and drops you back at the door.

It's an amazingly well cultivated campsite with a multitude of attractions/facilities tilted to young families. Staff are friendly and helpful, sites are a generous size.
