BIG4 Ceduna Tourist Park

We were meant to be staying two night but the first night our car got taken while we were asleep we locked and the windows were up we did everything they ask and it still got taken we have got the car back but everything was taken all our stuff windows broken, engine is ruined so we have to stay another night and pay for another room when it was the fault of the park for have no gate for cars to come in and out. When we have to pay for another night they moved us to a high maintenance part of the part on the other side with big gates and codes so u can’t get in honestly was gutted that they didn’t put us there in the first place of at least gave us some money off, now when we get home we have nothing no clothes no bedding no camping gear and no car all because of the acts of some kids who don’t understand how much all that cost and how long it took us to have it but just warning everyone who goes there your cars won’t be safe

Careful, peoples got their bikes stolen here. The laundry machine is archaic. Do not wash

Management is VERY CHEAP I'll explain, I'd stayed for 10 days in tent after my car broke down. The day I can finally go, I left 1h30 after checkout time, and he (old bold guy) ask me to pay an extra night because I was using the (HIS) AMENITIES. It was raining the night before, I had to dry my things.if this is not cheap nonsense after staying 10 days is this place

Although, amenities are really clean and employes nice.

We stayed in the caravan park across the road from reception. It was absolutely fantastic and secure with locked gates the facilities were fantastic new and clean. 5 star

Tried to phone to book but no answer so booked online noting that it was pet friendly.
On arrival I was told I couldn’t check into the cabin because I had a dog and they said I could only have a powered tent site. I asked about a refund of the difference between a cabin and a powered tent site and was told no as it was less than 24 hours notice.
The man then told me he could cancel my booking altogether if I wasn’t happy because I had turned up with my dog.
Quite rude the way I was spoken to especially as I’m a lone female travelling with my young son.
The older couple who were checking in after me heard the conversation and asked the staff if they had been busy and were told they were fully booked so questioned the staff as to the lack of refund considering they knew the cabin would be snapped up at full price.
Big 4 Ceduna have now lost any further business from both myself and the other couple.
Big 4 was recommended to me as a family member used to work there and when I told of the treatment I received they were shocked as it never used to be like that.
Facilities were clean.

Very new and clean one bedroom unit. Great value for money, staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location

Lovely park. Good sized sites. Close yo town. Friendly staff. Good weekly rates. Recommend to travellers.

I have nothing to say that positive; avoid at all costs and go to Shelley Beach. I will not endlessly list all the reasons why this is potentially one of the worst places I have encountered. Racist owners. I HEARD what you said. And I am White despite my beautiful olive skin and curly hair. The booking was not in my name but my friend booked in and I made her leave because it was pathetic compared to Shelley Beach Caravan Park which we found after leaving this place in disgust. Rude owners. Tiny sites on rocks, not gravel. Poor value for money.

Nice clean amenities. Tidy park, close to town. Truck stop across the road but not too bad.

Very comfortable cabin, clean and well presented.

Host is great. Very accommodating. Cabins clean, excellent. Can't go wrong with Big 4. Walking distance into main streets. 3rd time staying here.

Caravans packed in, no grass, no play equipment, base of shower walls mouldy. Poor water flow. If you are looking for the great big 4? Experience you won’t get it here

Highly recommend, if you are ready to fishing. They provide great 'crab bay' and 'fish bay' to clean crab and fish. Other amenities also very clean and tidy.

After a very long way I enjoyed my night to stay in BIG 4. The place was very clean and neat. The reception was very nice. Highly recommend it. Thanks for a pleasant service

We were quite late arriving with no booking. Thank goodness they were open until 9pm. No fuss check in, clean amenities. No complaints.

This was a brilliant place to stay at with our camper van prior to crossing the Nullarbor. Great facilities with our site being a drive through for ease of parking the camper van. Will be staying here again.

Had 3 nights in a drivethrough en-suite site. Smallish park but generous sized sites. Well maintained all through and good wi-fi reception. En-suite was excellent, clean and lots of hot water. 10 minute stroll to town centre.

Recommended and we will certainly stay here on our rerurn trip from WA.
