Rude party store member, the attitude when saying “this is what the sign is for”. Apparently 1 single balloon couldn’t be done. 1 single balloon. At 8: 30 in the morning. Basically no one in the shop.

Got something from children's toys and something from homewards at reasonable prices and easily located

Didn't have plastic shot glasses and I'd been to like five stores beforehand so I was already miffed.

Big W is a good shop it has all your clothing, toys and homeware for a low price, I recommend this place if you want something in the short term for your house or a gift for a young childs birthday party.

Where are the kids clothes? Kids underwear range - variety? Most of the time I go in looking for things & come out empty handed. If you do manage to find what you need, not stocked in the size you want. The sizing for kids is ridiculous, I literally have to buy 2 sizes up for my kids because everything is made super tiny.

An inexpensive place to shop. Great products and great prices. Not very many service staff to ask for assistance, but when they are around they are extremely helpful. Also checkout staff are extremely polite and friendly. Will always shop there when in the area. My compliments to all the staff there.

Refund system is really bad. Can't even exchange without a receipt and can only get refund on the same card as purchase, too bad if item is a gift. I suggest that if you are getting it as a gift you pay cash to avoid this situation.

One of the best store, properly clean from everywhere. This store is shining from every single corner and the public toilets are cleaned. Everything inside the store is well organised.

When ordering click and collect, it gave a green tick for Marion BIGW but shortly after, I received a call saying they don't have the colour i have ordered. Upon asking if she could check which store has availability so i collect from that store, she was unhelpful and said "I don't have the direct number for Cumberland park store and you can call them directly, I'm sorry I cannot call them up right now". This was no fault of mine and staff was lazy enough and straight out denied calling the store for me. Doesn't help. Either display right information onsite or train your staff to be polite enough and help when its not customer's fault.

Absolutely the worst big w in Adelaide rude customer service don't bother calling as they will keep hanging up on you

Decent enough store with friendly staff, it's just always so hot in there that it's uncomfortable to shop.

Great range of cheaper items and clothing, pretty good quality, especially for the price.
Have bought quite a few items here that have lasted, so am happy and will continue to shop here.

I usually have a browse and end up walking out with something and I am very hard to please so I love it

Good variety of goods in a spacious environment. Good prices too.
Unfortunately could not find one item, but found in K. Mart

All the things i wanted and went in for that said there was stock of on the website was out of stock. For such a big store at a big shopping centre it was rather slack

Finally filling the shelves back up. That's what happens when you rely on the one supplier. Bring back Aussie manufacturing!

Most times pleasant shop but this instance was a surprise my partner bought $29.00 liquid ears headphones only to be dissatisfied with the quality of crackling sound and minimum volume (despite phone volume) returned it and staff asked "what's wrong with it? ! " They never ask questions but still got a refund (I recommend 100% avoid this product)

Service is shocking and by shocking I mean shocking.
I did some shopping in-store and left a item I bought from another store on the check out table. I rang the store waited 15 minutes before someone answered the phone, i explained that i left something on the check out table, the woman straight away says I can't find it, after pleading her for 5 minutes to have another look she very rudly agrees, she agrees to call me back. 10mintues later she calls back and says it's not here, so I got in my car drove to the store in heavy trafic and guess what my items was still on the check out table. Thanks Big W team

Plenty of Checkouts, great range of products, big size store, the lady at the door could be a bit more friendlier.
