Big W Hallett Cove

New phone system is designed so that you never get to talk to someone in store. Not acceptable for a large franchise.

Plus size section was smaller than other Big W shops. Mostly winter attire despite being 32 in mid March

Small shopping centre, my daughter loves the indoor playground and it's not overly busy

I hate self service stores but at least one lovely young man from the store helped at the checkout
I will avoid shopping there again til they have some more checkouts with assistants manning them

Managed to find 6 more Care Bears I didn't have to add to my growing collection. Some of the bears on the shelf had gotten quite dirty and dusty so I had to pick through them to find ones where the white faces were still clean.

Staff in the Customer Service area were very friendly and helpful with both collecting my click and collect order, putting on my lay-by, and looking up items I was trying to find to see if they were in stock.

Young female staff member at self service area, first thing Sunday morning was extremely rude. Acted annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation with a coworker. Was very blunt and condescending

Thank you guys so much. Especially after I found your layby machine in my layby. When returned received a box of chocolates.

It's a great place but at the checkout there was no one to serve me the people are friendly but no one at the checkout

Staff is friendly. However, l don't like that they have no registers open at certain times.

Large store, usual Big W good selection, staff are great. Part of a nice, smallish centre with plenty of easy parking.

Secretly this store has the best sales, and the best finds. I have gotten so many bargains here, that the rest of big w around the state don't have. Also there seems to be less people who frequent here so there's that chance for a bang on great find. Staff are so kind and helpful here too. The store is set out nicely and it's just a comfortable shop.

Knowledgeable staff, clean store, but should be moved and get out of the shopping centre, it's acrappy shopping centre

This is a well stocked Big W that is clean, some items are difficult to locate and there is very limited selection

Ok for local plenty of choice, no one manning checkouts only self serve. Out dated layby system should give option of pay online or bpay instead of weekly trip in didnt use service because of this seems website and store dont line up things showing as no stock have plenty and visa versa

My local big w plenty of variety lack of service and staff for such a huge store, I saw only 3 staff on a friday night.

One of the few shops still open at the Hallett Cove Shopping Centre.
Perhaps the displays in Big W have something to do with that

Lots to choose from but disappointed that there were no check out operators, only self serve check outs

Staff were excellent helping to put my heavy purchases into my trolley and when I got to my car a big w staff member on his way to work loaded them into my car for me thanks sam

Friendly staff, smaller store so doesn't have all items or variations of brands

Super useful to have this store in the mall

Loved shopping there till the other day when you treat ppl like their shoplifters.but youve just lost a customer over it.
