BIG W Elizabeth

Very busy yesterday, but still nice to browse through the store as it is a roomy store. Although, looking at the lolly section, I found it to be quite empty and couldn't get what I went in to get from there.

Excellent price on HELIUM balloons/party supplies. Although all household item in Affordable price like kmart.

Was ok going there, except when ready for a purchase only the self serve was open. So put my things down on the ground as I will not go through there, but saw that a young chap opened up a check out so picked up my things and went through there. I will not go through a self serve, as they are taking away a job from the ones who need the work.

Like all BigW large range of goods clean tidy staff friendly everything you need except a coffee shop

Nice variety of stuff, always find what I need when I head in there, whether it be for the house, for the dog, for my car or even just for nice interview wear! They have it all, only down side is how packed it can get and how long the lines can be

Not enough room to manover great staff though the older staff are amazing and had time for myself and my girls.

Self service is quick and easy

Shopping centre was open until midnight trading last night so we decided to go, to our surprise Big W was shut.

We thought that possibly majority of the stores would be closed so decided to look around. As we walked around most of the stores were actually open including

-KFC
-Sushi
-Reject Shop
-Target
-Boost Juice
-JB Hi-Fi
-Coles

Plus many more.but Big W.closed!

Sort your s**t out big dubbs

Have just been to the Elizabeth store was very disappointing, could hardly tell it is almost Christmas. Store decorations are practically nonexistent and even decorations for sale are very limited, 5 Christmas trees! Time to lift your game Big W, that's why so many people shop on line.

This store seemed messy, the isles had products in them on the floor, staff didn't know where a lot of items were. Long waits for the registers.

Big W store is a clean environment to shop in.staff are always helpful, store well displayed and offers a good variety of products

Staff are rude

Shop is bigger than other Big W’s but the poor customer service makes it impossible to be bothered going in.

Stop filling the walk ways with stock.
You can't place social distancing signs for 1.5m and then bottleneck every walkway with stock.

Clean, tidy, well stocked. Staff very helpful. My requirements were reasonable value for money. Will shop here again as neccessary.

Are they set to close this store?

Shelves sparsely stocked, larger than usual gaps between clothing racks, lots of items out of stock.

I was in your store this morning to purchase a quilt. I didn't grab a trolley as I only intended to buy this item. I then decided to buy a mattress topper & a couple of other items. I struggled to get to the checkout.
Kim served me and saw that I needed a trolley & offered to go and get a trolley for me when she completed the transaction. True to her word, Kim went to get a trolley for me but came back without one as there were none.
Kim looked around the store & saw one parked in the corner with boxes waiting to go out & went and unpacked the trolley & Then helped me to pack my items into the trolley. Excellent customer service Kim. Really appreciated your effort and friendly service

I wasn't very happy with my shop today, I came in looking for warm clothing for our children only to find that the only sort of warm clothing they had was school coloured track pants, everything else was summer wear, very disappointing actually.

I returned something and the employee 'put the money back on my card' never telling me it would take a certain amount of days to come through. My cousin accidentally threw the receipt of my return in the bin when I asked her to hold it for a minute so I don't have my receipt anymore, went back in and asked about it four days later and the guy says that it will take 7 days to go in my bank and it's now been two weeks and I've not gotten my money back, absolutely not happy.

Great products, courteous staff. Good value for money. Wide aisles, easy social distancing. Easy location within Elizabeth shopping mall. Easy parking and on major bus and train routes.

The worst customer service store in Elizabeth.desk call for assistance and I had to wait for more than 20 minutes and still no one came so I left, I'm not buying nothing from a store that have such little respect for their customers.bloody outrageous so disrespectful I'm not going to buy anything from Big W again what a waste of time, make me hang
around for all that time and don't even get anyone to come and see me
