Good place, tho I think they need to keep up with services as the splatter foam is horrible and very watery. And I would not recommend wasting money on the blow dryer as it can take 20+ minutes to dry the car. Other than that everything else it good

Excellent prices. Choose from $13, $15 or $18.
Noticed others wipe down their rims & any other difficult to reach areas while waiting in line.
No touch laser wash only (no brushes).
Was quick and did a good job.
Would recommend taking a microfibre cloth with you to do a final wipe down after.
Car all looked really clean days later.
Has the self clean bays too and vaccum bays on the other side.

Normally its a great wash but this time it didn't clean my car that well. I had to came home and get a wet cloth to get the bits off it didn't clean.

Such powerful jets. My entire car got cleaned and it was pretty gross.
Also has the rainbow soap my kids love.

Great place to wash your car. Always comes out perfectly as there are so many different settings to choose from to wash your car.

Automatic wash Absolute waste of money and time car isn’t clean Paid $18 and expect a clean car nope still dirty and it was just minor road grime from the wet roads

Best car wash in the north. Good quality cleaning products. Great value for money. The only complaint is the drive through car washes. When in use fine mist of water blows over to the vacuum and drying area. Bit of a nuisance when trying to dry your car!

Paid $18 for a wash today took my money the machine said in use please wait. I waited and same thing I went forward thinking it would work but nothing. Nothing worse than having money stolen from you.

Yes, they have their new car wash in, and the jets are fantastic, it has a big single arm with the jets on and it actually moves completely over your car from lower front to over the back boot, it's great and does good job too! Try this car wash out next door to Bunnings at Parafield!

New machines are great. Quicker, get the car clean but still gentle on paint, decals, wrap and lights, seals etc.

Never too much of a wait with 5 bays to handwash the car. Only issue was the card reader wasn't working on one bay, so make you sure you bring change or notes that can be changed on site

Visited here several weeks ago for the first time purchased tge top tier of the 3 washes and had previously given my car a brief scrub and rinsing at home as there was build up. Needless to say 3 workers all scrubbed and washed on my car as it was going into the automatic wash I was very impressed by this service and would highly recommend Big Bucket Car Wash. Thanks guys

Car wash is very good depending on how you want to wash the car.
Be very careful using a credit card on self wash. You need to push stop next to the card reader when you have finished, otherwise it will keep charging you

Great carwash, there is rarely any line which makes it good if you want to quickly get the car cleaned. Plenty of bays to handwash the car and two for machine wash. They also fill up gas bottles which makes it convenient to do them both at the same time.

Nothing like paying $15 to have to wash your car again when you get home. Took about a minute for any of the settings to switch over, chemicals were coming out at the absolute lowest level. Pressure hose didn't even rinse the car properly, left with a chalky film covering the paint, along with a lovely amount of new swirls. Clear coat protection did nothing as there was absolutely no water beading after the car was sprayed at home.
Used to be one of my favourite washes, but the quality has disappeared, find somewhere else

The basic wash doesn't actually clean properly.
The jet wash system isn't laid out well and the chemicals are not the best for cleaning

Used self service, selfservice stated $5 but on inspection later saw id been charged $15 on my card what an absolute rip off for 8mins avoid

Usually very busy spot. Products seem do to the job very well. Never have any issues and the Paywave option helps a lot. Some places still dont have this option.

We have been going to the car wash since we have had the new car. It does a great job weare ver pleased with the results. Just as good as ever we now take 2 cars there.

Just washed my car there in the automatic car wash not the DIY bays.paid $18.00 for top wash for my car to only be half washed.very disappointing, I guessing that they should have had both of the automatic cash wash not DIY wash bays closed off for the quality wash that I got.maybe someone from big bucket can contact me as not happy at all. This is not the first time and had to rinse off back of my car as still had blue streaks from the wash process and not washed properly. Last time I use this car wash, get a better wash at their competitors. See photos of poor quality results from the automatic wash.
