Simran is one of the best server I have ever met. She is so polite and helped me pick out as I was really confused.

Highly unskilled and unprofessional staff. I had the misfortune of dealing with the customer service rep today at BI express and I was absolutely appalled by the level of service I received. I called to inquire about a product I had purchased, and the representative I spoke to was rude, condescending, and abusive. I asked him very politely about my order that why didn’t you follow the instructions provided he revealed all the unprofessionalism that he had gathered over the years and they said can’t do it until or unless I am physically not there and giving them instructions. So people who order takeaway through Uber or any other way they can’t provide instructions and expect them to follow.

I would highly recommend BI to give them a few lessons on customer service because customer service at it’s absolute worst

An absolute delight to have been here. The choices are immense. Jasleen and team are courteous and quick. Was super hungry and missing Indian food, so we came here.

The staff is rude at so many levels we understand there are people at the queue but we need till we collect the food from the table at least

Great food and kind staff. We had Masala Dosa, Chai, Cheese Naan and Rice+RoganJoshLamb+Butterchicken. Add the chilli chutney for an added kick. Love the food!

Food is usually pretty good, but portions vary depending on who serves you. Some servers will count out the pieces of protein and measure each ladle so you'll be lucky to walk away with three pieces of chicken/lamb/beef, other servers will be more generous and just go with full scoops.

Order a masala Dosa.
Taste and quantity need to improve.
On the other hand, noodles were yummy.

Poor vegetarian food.we ordered rice (undercooked, hard, not hot), mix veg curry (find the veggies in the curry!), dal (strictly ok) & paneer (ok)

The food was simply amazing! Vegetarian Chowmein was delicious and just like what you get on the streets of Delhi. Chai was aromatic and just perfect. The staff too was lovely. We enjoyed our meal.

I have tried chole bhature in beyond India and trust I’m those were the best I’ve had in Adelaide. 1000% recommended.

Really good Indian food, served hot and fast. Fits well with the express service. Do try the creamy butter chicken rice. It's really good, nice chunks of chicken and creamy sauce. Worth the try.

Easily best curry I've had in Adelaide, probably best curry I've had in Australia. Coming from the UK where going out for Indian food is a very common activity, I was dismayed to find that most Australian Indian food just doesn't stack up. After 4 years of living here happy to finally find a place that scratches the itch. Tasty curries with appropriate heat, interesting variety of street food options. High quality food coupled with great service - a great little establishment. Highly recommend trying the Chicken Vindaloo for spice lovers.

Not my first time eating here. The food served here is purely authentic and one of the best Indian restaurant that I have eaten at. They always managed to cater to my spice level (very spicy) for their Biryani. Love it. Service is great too! Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants true authentic Indian food.
