Had an excellent experience with Maria and Robert from Beyond Built when they did the pre-purchase building and pest inspection for us on our now newly-purchased home. Beyond Built Inspections saved me $1000's and a lot of trouble. I almost bought a property that was cosmetically fine, but structurally (water damage) very poor. Their in-depth yet easy to understand report gave me the information I needed to make the decision to get out of the purchase. Since then I've used them again to inspect another property, which I've now bought.

Nice people to work with and get along with, seem to go out of their way to help you out. Get everything done fast and leave very detailed reports, which is what you want. I was very impressed with their service. 10/10 would recommend.

Contact with Beyond Built Inspections was very easy and the communication was open and everything well explained. The report was thorough and despite having no purchasing experience I was able to understand the issues and the process to rectify them.

Ultimately I did not go through with the purchase, but I will be using BBI again for my next inspection.
