The extraordinary customer service provided by that dear boy Harry was out of this world. Food came cold however, and is rather overpriced, but the atmosphere created in this absolute wonderland is something else! Would recommend! Thank you to that beautiful boy Harry! The kids loved him!

I was here for dinner with my friends and we had an issue but the gentlemen harry was able to help us out, he was so nice and understanding we hope to bump into him again! The restaurant is very nice and welcoming!

One of the best burgers we have had in over 100 countries including the US. Clean and well decorated. Fries were great as was the chocolate shake.

Delicious food! Definitely world come here again! Shout out to Harry who was a great server and very kind.

Great atmosphere. Deducted because they don't provide bottled table water - only a very small single cup.

Half decent burger, chips are yummy but $7 for a small cup is expensive.would eat here again if but would honestly prefer somewhere with a better price.

Excellent food with really quick service for the whole family. Atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired but that’s personal preference.

Went here Friday early arvo, the food was terrific the best I have had in a long time! Staff were very friendly especially the lady serving at the register. Will come here again for sure!

Have to give a 5 star rating to all Georgia, Jasmin and of course, Brooke! Always getting consistently great service from these girls and couldn’t recommend a better burger place! Always suggest Bettys to anyone asking about food in Adelaide. Never disappoints!

Amazing staff, i really recommend the spicy chicken but i add garlic sauce aswell to balance out the spice x

My husband and I ordered a chicken burger combo and a desert. The order came so messed up that if I could I would not give any star at all. Instead we got chicken wrapped in lettuce with 2 cokes that’s all. We paid more for the combo and for the dessert, no dessert came, no chips, and an extra soft drink we did not want and we did not drink! Ok they wrote a note but like, what about a call before actually changing out order? Maybe Offer a refund? We are extremely disappointed. We do not recommend, we are not ordering here anymore.

The food was pretty good, however it lacked an essential element to create the perfect meal. It lacked concrete.
After hearing the name Betty's Burgers and Concrete Co. I was extremely excited to bite down into the savoury crunch of solid concrete. However this excitement was crushed when I found out that the diner didn't sell 'literal concrete. ' The burger was of incredible quality. It contained delicious meat, fresh salad, and flavour filled condiments, but it didn't have any concrete.
I believe I have made my point that the lack of concrete destroyed the vibe set by the restaurant's first impression.

5 stars because the staff was on top of everything and even offered to bring out our food instead of us getting up which was really helpful. As for the food it was pretty good especially the new add on, (avacado) really pleased with everything will be back with friends 100%
