I absolutely loved my facial today with Lilli! I will be back soon! Both relaxing and very helpful with my skin concerns.

Maddey made me so comfortable during my treatment.
She listened to my skin concerns and explained everything we were doing prior to starting so I was at ease with what was being out onto my face.
After my treatment she went through a personalised plan that would suit my sensitive skin and understood the importance of me introducing products slowly over time in order not to have a skin flare up.

My facial was relaxing and just absolute heaven. I loved everything about it from start to finish.

Neela was very welcoming and calming. She explained the process of what was going to happen so that she didn't need to chat throughout the massage. I'm not great at relaxing, but I fell asleep and didn't want to leave! Thanks Neela.

Where do I begin… Kirsty is honestly just amazing.
She begins every appointment asking for my skin concerns for that month and we go from there. Although I’m picky and only want to go to her, I wouldn’t have it any other way as my skin is literally glowing after any appointment.

Although there was a hiccup with my booking being accidentally cancelled and I had to wait around for about 20mins not knowing if Id still get my facial that night or not, the team worked to resolve the issue and 30 mins after it was scheduled to start, I had the best facial I have ever had. Nicole the owner came in from home to ensure I still had a facial and really went above and beyond in the service from start to finish which was really appreciated. My skin feels incredible and im motivated again to keep up with a good skincare routine. Looking forward to my next facial in 4 weeks with Nicole.
