Benny's American Burgers - Glenelg

Easily one of the worst burger joints i’ve been to.
The waiters had looked to have zero training on customer service nor what items are on the menu.

I ordered a fat-boy knowing it didn’t have bacon in it. Received it with bacon and when i said it shouldn’t have it i got spoken to by the waiter as if I were stupid.

When the correct burger arrived.
-No flavour
-Angus patty full of cartilage
-Slow cooked beef brisket tasted more like 5min microwaved who knows what.

Left the place unsatisfied and absolutely disrespected. Chips were good though

Person at the counter short changed me by 5 dollars, the food took 30-35 minutes, food was cold and they gave me a chicken burger when I asked for an American cheese burger. Not worth the wait or the money.

Bennys is the perfect place to go for a meal. I personally recommend the chicken burger and milkshake. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the milkshake so creamy. The service is amazing and the area is always clean. I accidentally left without my bag and the staff was quick to find it and keep hold of it for me. When I retrieved it noting was missing and everything where it is supposed to be. And not to mention the amazing pricing! The chicken burger chips and a drink all together only 13 dollars! Thanks Benny's burgers for a reliable and consistently delicious place to eat.

Wow this was a great restaurant. The chicken wings were absolutely amazing! They gave such great friendly service- it really made the day for our group of 8 and two puppies. Thank you to Neha for such a great experience! We will be back!

Got Uber delivery. No straw for milkshake, only received 1 Powerade (it was also hot) despite the docket saying 2. Tried calling multiple times but no one answers.

I recently visited an American burger shop in Adelaide, and I must say that the experience was a mixed bag. The food was great, with juicy and flavorful burgers that tasted like they were made from high-quality ingredients. The sides were also delicious, with crispy fries and onion rings that had the perfect amount of seasoning.

I got a double cheeseburger and it was very tasty. The chips were well seasoned and the oreo milkshake i got was genuinely the best I have ever had. The service was good and the staff were polite. Easy 5 starts and i would recommend

Food is always great! Customer service is awesome. Restaurant is always clean. Never served a cold burger steam always coming off the burger. I love it.

I went there with a friend who is coeliac. After looking at the menu we asked if some of the wings were gluten free and we were told yes, that they just had sauce.

When we got the order the wings clearly had flour coating on them.

No one spoke enough english to be able to understand not just the initial request but how to rectify the order. They offered no refund or other choice. I think simple things like understanding dietary requirements should be learned by all staff regardless of language barriers.

This was very poor service and could make someone very sick. It was not ok.

Our burgers were a absolutely delicious and I loved the onion rings. We also had a chocomint shake that was yummy!

I pick up Benny for either work, or dinner, at least once a week. The staff is awesome, the food is awesome, and they never mess any of our orders up. It's a great business that deserves patronage! I suggest the Mac N Cheese bites.

We don't have one of these where we live and my son and I were nearby and decided to give it a try. Service was great and the food was great. One of the best burgers I've had in a while

The food tasted pretty good. However, we ordered two different "American drinks. " On pickup no American drink was available. So, they substituted regular sprite but didnt refund the difference in cost. My husband picked it up and didnt realise we paid more for the American drinks. I also ordered chicken tenders and they didn't give me the dipping sauce that comes with it. So, I just got plain fried chicken. I didn't notice the sauce was missing until I got home. Very disappointing.: (

The Benny's in Blackwood is amazing! Highly recommend going there instead. They also offer a bigger menu and have things like chilli dogs.

I was in today for lunch with my two kids. My young son who is Austic had a unforeseen tantrum and threw his soda across the room on to the floor. One of the staff came out swiftly to clean it up. The staff was very understanding and supportive in my moment. He got my son another soda and my boy calmed down for the rest of lunch. When parents of Austic children have these moments it really hard. But the staff at Bennys had my back. I left a sizable tip but I just wanted to recomend this place for outstanding service and food. Thank you so much.

Got dinner for two and didn't spend over $40, portions are amazing and the food quality is impeccable. Have been multiple times now and will be going back again.

Great burgers, chips are delicious and well seasoned and the milkshakes are amazing. The place looks great. We didn't wait too long for our food.

Disappointing serving size $11.90 for a large chips and gravy to share for two and it was barely enough to feed one. Same size container as a burger. Small portions for expensive price.

Good burgers at decent prices everyday and great specials throughtout the week, how can you go wrong. $5 cheeseburger on Tuesday
