Beer Garden Brewing

Beer and burger night. My cider was somehow quite flat and my chicken burger was made with a woolies frozen chicken beaks and bums hardly warm patty. Absolutely terrible.

A warm, down to earth venue run by a family for families. What differs this venue from other brewery/venues is a passion for brewing from Dan the head brewer (which is clearly evident from simply tasting the beer), and a clear passion for providing quality for their community. Although my time in Port Lincoln was short, this venue stuck out as a clearly valuable asset to the community.

First impressions were very positive! The place is so UNDER-RATED! With lots of hidden gems (like the cheeseburger fries) with art pieces that make you look twice, fire place, games, food and great beer! We came all the way from Esperance WA on our way to Melbourne. The location is easy and accessible. We did ask for a pepperoni pizza but accidentally got a margarita (but we won’t mention that) it looked good and tasted fantastic! Call it fait. Along side, garden special pizza was so sublime. This place is definitely worth a Suss

Food incredibly disappointing, ordered the loaded cheeseburger fries which was cold unseasoned mince on top hot fries. Also ordered the smokey BBQ wings which had ZERO flavour and heavily saturated in oil. The lack of customer service from one of the staff members very off putting.

Lovely little place for a casual drink. I had the ExPA (XPA) and it was really good. I’m a big fan of Balter XPA and this wasn’t too far off!

We didn’t have time for food but the menu looked good, especially the pizzas. They even did gluten free bases, so my coeliac partner was very pleased to see that! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Beer Garden Brewing was a wonderful venue to celebrate my 70th birthday with family and friends. The food we ordered was plentiful and very tasty, Everyone was very helpful and we all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a memorable afternoon

Great atmosphere and drinks (beer and gin), staff were friendly. Food tasted great but we waited 1 hr for one pizza and 1 1/2 hrs for the second (we were advised wait time would be 30 min). Others who ordered pizza seemed to experience the same. If they could improve the pizza time it would be a 5 star review)

Drinks and service of drinks great. Food, ordered 2 pizzas, advised of hr wait, 1.5 hrs later got 1 pizza asked about other, advised was a mix up, still waiting 1/2 hr later. Order 2 serve 2, NOT HARD.

Great beers, Good service, live musica tonighta (Friday), Fantastic menu with some amazing sounding burgers. While in Port Lincoln, just come here.

Tasting paddle was brilliant. I wish I could buy the Salty in Melbourne. It was superb.

Great outdoor seating on the grass. Umbrellas to offer shade outside and a very neat touch with pallet for tables, milk crates (with cushions) for seating or mats and cushions for those who want to laze about.

What a show, no idea how to run a brewery business, when food orders take priority over beer sales the management have the wrong focus, poor service understanding and silly line up to order (whole bar empty but line out the door to order both food and beer. 1 person serving but the bar has 3 people tripping over them. Am sure the beer would be good but gave up after 30min waiting in line. Recommend they get some professional trainers in to teach staff service basics

Lovely food, staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend. One of the staff came out and apologized for our meals being late, yet we didn’t even notice it being late, still came out in a very timely manner. The chef bought us a beer… excellent customer service and hospitality.

Fantastic venue, we had excellent weather so enjoyed the grass area near the sandpit for the little ones. Holidaying from Victor Harbor, very jealous we don’t have something like this locally. Tasting paddles, terrific value and very nice beers. Food was amazing, we enjoyed a number of choices from the venue and all where excellent. All staff had excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will be back next holiday. Cheers

BEST BURGERS IN TOWN!
At first couldn’t believe they took away the pizzas, until I tried the Black n Blue Burger. So good! My friend had a massive rack of ribs that had been smoked overnight. So much flavour! We needed to try the chicken wings and the loaded fries, just to share in the middle.way to much food but I couldn’t stop eating! To finish it all off, had to have the cheesecake, wow, wow and wow.could have honestly eaten the whole damn cake. The beers were so unique and beautifully crafted had to take a box home.
Loved it all, will definitely be coming back!

Beers were great and an awesome venue. Meals are well priced, however the burgers are a little smaller than average and our pattie was overcooked. Would still reccomend to anyone in the area who loves a good beer!

I normally leave only positive reviews, but couldn't let this one slide. Food was OK, beer was good. Unfortunately the customer service left a lot of place for improvement! My son had found maggots in his burger bun. Creepy, wriggling tiny worms. It can happen, I know. I don't hold that against them. BUT when I brought it over to the bar and showed them, they took it straight away and came out after a while saying "I'm sorry, don't know how that happened, we checked the other buns and they are ok. Would you like another burger? ". My 9yo son just gave the waitress a look and said "No thank you, that was enough". After that I HAD to suggest if we could get a refund. We got a refund for the burger, and that's it. Noone properly apologized to my son or offered him any drink to wash the worms down. We definitely will not be coming back!

Absolutely loving the new menu. Love the Cage Diver IPA and Hazy IPA, along with the great regulars. Plenty of seating. Lush green garden seating area and dog friendly.
