Helpful staff, but pushy at all. Even helped and suggested mattress would fit in the car I was driving

I was looked after very well firstly. Was shown a number of different options. I wasn’t pushed into a Sale. I was given time to make an informed decision. Plus was also shown various on sale items, which were perfect for me.

We received fantastic service from the moment we walked into the store right through until we took delivery of our new mattress. The young lady who sold us the mattress was informative & extremely helpful. The delivery service provided excellent communication both prior to and on the morning of the delivery. Will definitely be returning for any future mattress or bedding requirements

Second time buying a bed from here, (it's time for an upgrade to a king)

Nick is fantastic, super helpful, asked us a few questions on what we thought we wanted/already have, what our budget is and showed us a few mattress, got us to try them out and helped to find what worked for us (we had little to no idea what mattress we wanted/needed) and then left us to test them out for as long as we needed, he made sure to check in on us, he was happy to answer any questions, he made sure for us to try the bed like we would if we were sleeping, so we knew the areas of support, he knew when to leave us to our own devices and we felt no pressure to buy anything, it was a very smooth and fantastic experience.
All in all, we purchased a bed, a mattress and a mattress protector.

Can't wait for everything to arrive, so we can set it all up and start sleeping in bliss.

We will buy from here again and will 100% recommend Beds N Dreams to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

Worst company to ever deal with!
Spent 5.6k on a bedroom suit that just keep falling apart they have replaced it 3 times and it just keep happening. When you ask for a refund the just denied it and start becoming aggressive and disgusting disrespectful, has been report to further up, stay away from this company read through the other review as it’s happened to other customers as well!
