I give 3 stars as the product I received I had to send back 3 times as it was not quality, the owner did not provide quality service or product as per the website policy and was quite rude. I had to also return the items myself and bring back the replacement. Stuart and especially Lucy whom are staff are most gracious, kind and willing to assist and resolve. They made a terrible experience much more pleasant. I later found out I could have purchased the same product for 1200 rather than the 3100 I paid. Unfortunate however I am sure they have also had happy customers as well.

Came in to just look around for a new bed base, they have many different options and sizes to look at including some other furniture.the gentleman who greeted us was very kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the stock in store so could answer any questions we threw at him and even willing to help us get the best deal possible! They offer laybuy and delivery options which is a life saver in this days economy.they’re decently priced for the quality you get.would 100% recommend having a look in here if your on the hunt for new bedroom furniture

I just bought a queen sized bed and new mattress from Bedebuys, I’ll definitely be back again, the staff is very helpful and will help and guide you into buying the best and most comfortable bed or other furniture you may need for your home! The staff aren’t pushy and are very good at giving advice, the store is always clean and tidy everything is beautiful here come and check it out, they always have sales on

It's great to walk into a store and have a sales guy come to you and ask you if they can help you instead of searching for someone, Pete the owner was great bent over backwards for me even to the point when i brought my mattress home and realised i wanted the softer bed it was swapped over with a smile. Great service and I got a bargain, couldn't be happier.

The service was amazing. Such a friendly guy, and wasn't all about the money he just wanted me to find the right mattress for me. Will definitely go back in the future and recommend him to friends and family.

My bed had broken after my partner plopped on it and they replaced the sideboard for us without an issue and were really great about it.

Excellent professional service and customer care. Stuart helped us to choose the right bed, and later, when the shop had to close temporarily, due to Covid restriction, Peter, calling from his private phone made sure that our bed was delivered as promised.
We are very happy with the purchase, it was easy to assemble and it is very comfortable.

My husband found a mattress that was very comfortable gor him. It's like the old fashion mattress that you can glip over not just turn. Its better for the life of the mattress.

Bought what we needed. A plus in this area. Service could be a little more appealing. Does have a decent range of wooden furniture though.

I don’t know how they continue to work, the customer service is the worst in Adelaide, rude, arrogant and disrespectful to the customers. Be ware don’t waste your time or money the furniture is rubbish, cheap and disappointing. The mattress feels like I’m sleeping on rocks and this was their most expensive in the shop.

I recommend all the customers to go there it's the best place to buy furniture beds or anything you want from your number 1 fan Travis nice comfortable beds is the best quality and Australian made ever beats nice and comfortable that's what I reckon I'll give it a 10 out of 10

We had Stewart that looked after us on 2 days and after shopping around for 2 days we found the bed that my mum needed. And i must say he was extremely helpful, polite, and Not a pushy sales person and went up and beyond to help us with our purchase! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BedeBuys Parafield

If you're after the best mattress to purchase, you should check this place out! For the quality, you can't go wrong. I know for a fact that there is no other mattress shop in SA that sells anything better. They will organise delivery anywhere in Australia. Just ask for either Peter the Floor Manager or Lucy the Business Manager. Both Peter or Lucy will give you the absolute best price.
