Came in today and still purchased $250 of bedding but my husband needed to walk out as a staff member rolled her eyes as I asked a question. Very very rude staff. Don’t think I’ll shop there again.
Excellent service. Came in for sheets for Winter and was quickly directed to what I wanted so was spared the awkward aimless wander that happens when you go somewhere to shop thats new to you. Felt looked after
Absolutely appalling experience, came here with my partner to buy bedding only one staff member was nice enough to greet us but the 2 others just stared us down the whole time which led us to leave without purchasing anything. As we were walking out one of the staff members lady screwed up her face. It’s not very nice when you go to spend money somewhere but get looked at like you are not welcome.
Very Rude lady with Ginger Hair. Don’t know how to treat the customers and kids. Nearly bought $300 of stuff but left everything there due to such a bad mouth staff.
Went to look for christmas baubles, towles and new sheets, and was served by Sophie, Fiona, Paige, Lily, and Annabelle. Amazing service as always ladies ️
This place brings the sales. Usually prices are steep at BBnT, but this place can sometimes rival cheap as cheaps - but items are cute and useful. Great for gifts and decorations.

They were very Covid aware and helpful but not in your face which I hate.

Some great bargains to be had at Bed, Bath n Table Harbor Town. Plenty of lovely Morgan and Finch in the full range of sizes. Lots of decor, toppers, doonas, pillows and table ware. Get in quick for some very cute Xmas things. Always worth having a browse. Very helpful and friendly staff too!

After being spoken quietly rudely by a male staff member we walked out the door. We came back later to purchase and was served by Lily. What a breath of fresh air. Couldn’t do enough to help us and was absolutely Hilarious. Made our experience funny and fabulous
