Can i give 10 /10 stars for extremely positive experience dealing with salesperson Matteo. This man displays knowledge of products, adjust product suitability to customer needs, listens to customer, suggests way to check if product fits customer requirements and lifestyle.
Very young man with vast mine of knowledge in area he works in.

Tim from Beaumont Tiles Gepps X is a legend! So helpful, patient and full of knowledge. We really appreciated the time he took with us and made the process as seamless as possible.

Are patient, bend over backwards to help. Steven was excellent, potentially saving me several thousand dollars. Don't go past visit this store first when needing excellent tiles at great prices.

Nothing was too much trouble for Tim and his knowledge and advice was impeccable!

Went into Gepps Cross showroom to look at baths, vanities, taps, toilets for bathroom renovation. Wayne was very helpful and spent his time walking me through, did not rush although it was near closing time on a Saturday. THANKYOU WAYNE

Poor customer service. We visited the store last week on Sunday and we were not greeted or asked if we needed assistance despite other customers walking in and getting approached instantly. After walking around the store for 15 minutes and visibly trying to get the attention of the sales assistant, we gave up and decided to take our business elsewhere. We will not be returning to the store.

Can‘t believeable ，worse experience. The staffs haven’t any sense of tile, waste our time to wait and make mistakes again and again! It’s very serious influence our decorate schedule!
The first time missing some tiles, the second time send the wrong size tiles！Interesting！

Could not have been easier. We were asked when we arrived if we needed help or just looking. I knew what I wanted, he was extremely helpful, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We took home half of our order and the rest will be in next week, he delivered and stacked them in our car and when we want to pick the rest up just ring and he will deliver them to our car.
THAT IS SERVICE.and with a smile!

I found the staff there are always super helpful and friendly. Good service is something of a rarity these days but Beaumont's are up there. I have found this to be case in each of their store I have been in. It makes a daunting task so much easier.

Great range and selection of quality tiles. Spoke with James who was incredibly knowledgeable and professional; he was super helpful and had fantastic customer service - a true asset to this company! Would highly recommend the Gepps Cross store, definitely worth the longer journey!

Customer service is not available at all. I waited half an hour for a salesperson to buy tiles but no one was available.

Dealt with James Catterall and couple of others at beaumont tiles - great service - these guys knew things other beaumonts didn't. Superb assistance and they really know their stuff - awesome service - thanks James.

We've always had such excellent customer service here, and will continue to use Beaumont for our projects. They have a great product range and often have sales on really good products, not just the leftovers.
They also sell the best white grout, many 'white' grouts are more yellow than white so it is nice that it is a one-stop shop.

Some feedback. Your webpage needs Updating. I find it very frustrating trying to find what Im looking for. Pictures are small, no pics of what the tile looks like put up on a wall and styled. No simular items come up to make it easy to find what im looking for. Tiles are pictured unclear also hard to see the colour. I have shopped at National tiles due to your website being poorly set out.

My wife Susan and I went looking for floor tiles for our house that we are going to be building shortly. We are building at Moana, but we happened to be out North today for a drive. We popped into the Gepps X Homemaker Centre and saw Beaumont Tiles. As we walked into the showroom we were greeted by a gentleman named Steve. Steve was amazing. In fact he was brilliant. We were shown many tiles and also Steve explained the differences etc. At no time was Steve pushy either. We explained we lived over an hour and a half away from this store, and even then Steve was very understanding and not pushy. Whilst we were there he measured from our housing plans we had taken in what we would need to purchase. The price he gave us was exceptional. We then decided to go for a walk and look at carpets for our other rooms. Steve even let us borrow the floor tile to take for reference to match the carpet. At this time we still had not made up our minds whether to buy These tiles as the store is so far away from Moana. Anyway, we found the carpet we liked that matched the tiles and because of the Fantastic service from Steve, we purchased the tiles as well. This is not a small amount of money to just pay like we did, but Steve’s service was what did it for us. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Well done Steve. Oh, we found out later that Steve was the Owner of this store. Good to see the Boss working
