Beans and Cream reviews
65Great croissants and perfect iced drinks on a warm day. Well done to the team on the way they handled a very busy New Year’s Day. They had to cater almost the entire Barossa Valley while everyone else was enjoying a morning off. Staff were lovely and handled the high volume of customers well.
Coffee was good. The girl on the counter needs to bring the volume down a bit. I had to wait outside due to her voice being so incredibly loud
Lovely staff, my daughter and I got the chicken, avo, aioli and cheese toasty, it was for both of us the best toasty we have EVER had. Perfection.
Delicious muffins served by friendly staff.
Banana salted caramel was heavenly, oozing with thick caramel. Wish it was the same with the lemon curd too.
Will be back to try more muffins! Best to have them fresh in the cafe while they're soft, warm and fluffy:)
Was in town and "NEEDED" a coffee real bad. Stopped of here. So glad I did. Friendly staff and a lovely latte to go. I would have stopped in, but I was in the Barossa to take some photos of this beautiful region, and was stripped for time. Next time though I will sit in and enjoy another great coffee.
There mid afternoon today. Friendly and quick staff. One of the best "take away" coffees (long black) I've had in a long time. The slightly warmed muffin was quite nice too!
A great Cafe full of yummy eats and drinks as well as happy, friendly and down to earth staff. The place to grab a snack or some lunch and you can sit down in their Cafe and watch Tanunda go by. Highly recommended!
Friendly staff, amazing muffins and delicious coffee all done in house, you can’t go wrong with Beans and Cream
Years back, a 'go to' spot for choice award winning creaminess *several scoops and a coffee! Just to sit outside, lick and watch the world pass by.
Great food and great service. We had ordered a lactose-free shake and were accidentally given one with normal milk. We would not have known till later, but the staff apologised and offered a free replacement.
We will definitely be back!
Amazing ice cream for such a small town!
their macadamia honey ice cream is so good.must try.
Not so much a WOW! As an.oh.
If you dine in, you still get takeaway cutlery & crockery - urgh. An iced coffee is made with syrup, not with coffee and is delivered to your table by an indifferent waitress who drops it on your table (ok, turns out it is real coffee - see below).
The "ice cream" is apparently gelato but without the intense flavours you would expect to find in gelato and no lemon or coffee flavour (like, no lemon, really?).
The guy behind the counter was polite and professional.
I look forward to trying other parlours in the Barossa.
UPDATE: interesting that the iced coffee apparently actually includes a shot of real coffee - who would have known? For $8.50 + 10% Sunday surcharge, I expected more, and not in a takeaway container.
Great service and ok selection of coffee and ice cream but the place itself is filthy, didn't hang around long.
Absolutely amazing so nice to come out and enjoy the barossa, lovely customer service, great with customer needs. There banana & salted caramel muffin is to die for, you must come & try.
I had a amazing lactose free coffee frappe and my partner had a iced latte it was fantastic.
Wonderful little shop offering coffee and ice cream. Went in for an ice cream choosing the vegan vanilla as something different.yum Most of the flavours on offer had a twist added. Wish it was closer to home as a 90 minute drive for an ice cream treat is pushing my luck LOL
Awesome coffee and very friendly barista/owner. Was extremely short staffed that day but still gave service with a smile and was transparent about the wait and made us delicious coffee!
The muffins are TO DIE FOR.
We have had great service, coffee, and food here consistently. Thanks)
This place doesn’t take the health and safety of its customers seriously. Went in today for an icecream and saw their gluten free products placed directly below non gluten free products.
If you run a food business food safety is a basic part of the business and in my opinion this place does not meet the minimum standard.
In the future I may return and edit my review but I pride myself on my fair reviews and anonymity when giving the reviews.
Hopefully next time I come into this establishment I will see no reason not to order from the menu and give a much better review.
Great little Cafe. It's clean, good food and coffee and the staff are very friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend
This store was open on Easter Friday.
It was busy due to very limited places were available.
I surprised anything was open on the day.
Plenty of beautiful hot muffins everywhere at the counter and glass displays.
All staff were friendly and very efficient customer service.
I didn't wait much and got beautiful light medium roasted long black, big fresh rich chocolate Raspberry muffin and yummy natural taste of Taro icecream cup
