Another hassle free move for me with Bay Removals on a 37° day.

Tim and Gary were efficient and professional, handling our furniture with care and even tolerating our
very affectionate Staffy who I'm sure was driving them nuts.

Cannot fault these guys!

Move was set for Tuesday afternoon and I had people ready at both the drop and pick zones but they didn't show. No call or anything. I called later that day but they didnt answer.
They came the following day to move the items 50 meters and only had to drop the chair at the nursing home door, not take it all the way in to the room as they hadnt had RAT tests. That's fine. Thus making it quicker.
Quoted $180 for a minimum of 1 hour all inclusive and was OK with that and knew it would be way less than 60 mins.
The 2 elderly men then went back to my 85 year old mother's house and pressured her to pay on the spot even though I had asked to be invoiced to the deceased estate. She payed the $281.38 that they asked for! Of course, despite my protest, that money was never coming back. There is NO WAY that the job would ever take anybody 1 and a half hours! Don't use this company.

Tim and David are so friendly and nothing seems like too much trouble! I highly recommended them for removals!

Booked in a move. Had it confirmed the day prior and the dya of the move. Then the business cancelled the move over text, 20 minutes after the move time.
Refused to respond to further calls or texts.
Extremely unprofessional business and would trust none of the 5 star reviews here. If you need a move, trust your buddies rusted trailer over this sham of a business.

Because of a great past experience with Bay Removals we had no hesitation in asking them to move us from our family home. After our first contact with Alex he understood the complexity of our move. He correctly assessed what we needed and sent us a team of 3 helpful, willing, fast, respectful and patient men, along with the appropriate sized truck.

Yesterday there was a truck parked so poorly that it blocked the street in Glengowrie, I was not able to fit my car to drive past as there was also a car parked on other side of road.
The truck was not parallel to the curb and the front wheels where turned hard right which meant the tyre was sticking out further than the cab.
While trying to back up to have to take another route.
There was a few guys (removalist’s) looked at my car and made no effort to move the truck.

Good service, friendly, professional staff and reasonably priced. We've happily used Bay Removals several times now.

Bay Removals made a difficult task a much easier. They worked fast and were a great help. I totally recommend them.

Excellent and efficient service + great rates compared to some other removalists around. The movers worked diligently and carefully to not mark the new painted house and did so with no fuss whatsoever. Little things like hooking up the washing machine as well are excellent touches, would definitely recommend and have recommended them to family members who all had good feedback also.

Came to our house and said it was all good then went up to their truck to get started. Waited 30 minutes before realizing they left without telling and the manager had blocked our number. Not really acceptable to say yes to a job then leave with no notice and a lot of our stuff outside in the rain. Obviously care about themselves more than the customer.

I am a repeat customer and, once again, Bay Removals exceeded my expectations with another stress-free moving day. Kym and Rodd arrived on time, were courteous and hardworking. They looked after my possessions and loaded/unloaded the truck in record time. The hourly rate charged was less than quoted and this, combined with the boys' efficient working style, made it a cost-effective move.
