Bay 10 Accommodation

Very clean rooms, very comfy queen bed. Microwave and fridge in the rooms. Clean toilet and shower. Short walk to centre of town. Highly recommend. Staff weren't here when we arrived but we were given plenty of details how to get into the room. No issues

Great spot to book, great rooms upstairs, great staff.
Also used the main house once with family stay and it's recommended.

Great overnight stay in a well appointed apartment. Disappointing parking on footpath was our only concern.

Would highly recommend bay 10 we had a lovely stay the garden was beautiful and relaxing and the view was great the apartment was great lots of space Netflix was an extra bonus as we had a rainy morning and only a short walk to the shops and jetty thank you guys

Two guys travelling on motorbikes from Perth to Darwin and return to Perth. What pleasant surprise staying at Bay 10 from the complimentary chocolates, coffee pods&machine and Netflix.
The lounge was brilliant for laying about, nice hot showers with plenty of pressure and the beds/pillows absolutely perfect. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed and would highly recommend Bay 10.

Had a 6 night stay @ Bay 10 Beach front Villa. Beautiful property right on the water with amazing views. Very Clean and tidy with lovely furnishings and comfy beds. Great location, 5 minute walk to main CBD. Friendly staff and easy check in. Private BBQ deck with access to large common area. Highly recommend a stay here, we will be back for sure.

First the good.nice and clean.close to town. Very quiet after the trucks stopped driving by.excellent size bar fridge that kept everything nice and cold. Now the minus's. Room 2 has access problems for people with limited mobility. Only access that you are first aware of is up a steep staircase and trying to carry a heavy bag up them with a moonboot on took about 5 minutes. No dink in the 'kitchen' area. You had to do washing up etc in the bathroom.

Couldn't fault our stay. Was perfect for what we needed which was a place to sleep! Room was clean and staff were very friendly. They allowed us to check in as early as 9am! Would stay again.

Perfect place in terms of locale, view and amenities.   However bed is tiny for a couple, a slightly wider bed would make all the difference.   As such wouldn't stay again.

My husband and I recently stayed at Bay 10 apartments in Port Lincoln. We stayed in the deluxe apartment/number 3 and we have nothing but glowing reviews about our experience while staying there.

The apartment had everything we required, with a fully functional kitchen and comfortable beds, and access to Netflix.

These apartments are very close to the centre of Port Lincoln, but are extremely quiet with hardly any surrounding noise.

Lori was extremely helpful, and provided assistance with tour ideas and transport to and from the airport.

We would highly recommend these apartments for your stay at Port Lincoln.

We had an awesome stay at Bay 10. First time in Pt Lincoln for us and the location is great. We stayed in the Waterfront Villa which is superb, spacious rooms, amazing ocean views and good facilities. Highly recommend, we are a family of 4 with our 2 kids under 5.

I would like to thank the hospitality of Reece, Tracey and Dave who made our stay comfortable. Helpful and great tips provided around Port Lincoln. Great location and the place is modern, very clean with most amenities. Only thing missed was a laundry machine but on the whole the stay was great!

Very friendly greeting, learned a lot about the town and good places for a family to visit. Rooms were excellent, kids loved the freedom to play in the bbq area out the back. Port Linkoln is a stunning place, this accommodation was everything we could have wanted. Self contained kitchen, big fridge, separate room for the kids and even a bottle of the local wine on arrival! Perfect for us!

Beautiful interior. Very comfortable. Two bedroom unit is ideal for a family. There is some traffic on the road.

Very handy and self contained unit.harbour view and close to amenities, restaurant and take away.short distance to maritim museum.and Boston bay safety swim. Owner n Receptionist are very helpful and friendly.we enjoyed our 4 nights stay.

Bay 10 is situated a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Port Lincoln and the accomodation that we are staying in provides a comfortable, self contained 2 bedroom house fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. The view of the pier is amazing at night and the bird life during the day is always nice to watch. The service has been great in terms of cleaning and being looked after. Some small problems like slow or not working wifi and a dryer not being in working order but these are not affecting us dramatically.

The room we stayed in was fantastically packed with a large fridge, huge TV, spacious beds, and a view to a gorgeous sunset every morning. There were a small amount of dead bugs around certain windows, but those were only a minor annoyance in contrast to everything our accommodation got so very right.

Overall my experience was phenomenal, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Port Lincoln.
