Barossa Taxis and Barossa Mini Tours

Really great service but inconsistent. Don’t even answer their phone sometimes. Wish Uber was available here.

Amazing! We had come off the Heysen Trail. We were cold and wet and needed to get to a hotel. We phoned for a taxi and got an immediate response. The taxi was on its way. Unfortunately, there were two roads with the same name and the drive had gone to the wrong one. We phoned after a long wait and the company managed to track down the driver and told us he was on his way.he arrived. Very concerned we would be out in the cold and he was a little anxious he had not been able to find us. We had a very nice trip back to Tanunda. The driver said a tip was unnecessary. Amazing considering he had spent an hour looking for us. What service - Thanks for going to the trouble of finding us.

Barossa Taxis collect our special needs son for the daily school run. We absolutely love their professionalism and integrity. Our son cannot wait to get on the “bus” in the morning when being collected for school. Keep up the good work guys

Driver more than doubled our fare by taking the longest route possible. Occurred on Friday 28th Feb at approximately 630pm.

Very good service and reasonably priced from booking to pick up. We used Barossa Taxis for our 3-day stay in the Barossa. Ron particularly was very lovely, helpful, and has a good sense of humor. We were so glad to use their service because everyone were just so nice. Definitely, we will spread the good word! Hope we could come back to the Barossa -from the three girls of Melbourne-

I booked a taxi to and from hotel with them a few months before visiting Barossa and they were there ready to collect me 5 mins before requested - exactly what I was hoping for! Great service and very responsive! Will recommend to all friends in SA.

I had a fantastic experience using Barossa Taxis while on a short trip from Adelaide with my partner for our anniversary! We arrived on Sunday and didn't have any solid plans for the next couple days, so I called around a couple companies to get an idea of their prices, etc.and was super impressed by the conversation I had with Cheryl (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!). She spoke to us for over 10 minutes, giving us fantastic advice about prices, wineries to go to, how much time people typically spend at each winery, and so much more.

We ended up contacting Barossa Taxis again the following day for all of our transport between accomodation and wineries, and it was faultless. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the driver we had for our first two drives, but he was awesome - so lovely, and willing to help however he could. He said they try their best to look after their locals, and they really, really do!

My friend. Rang Barossa taxi. Slammed this company. For being totally unprofessional. Rang this business Baross and lites after our dinner at a resturant in the Barossa Valley. My friend, told this business barossa taxi their driver was very unprofessional. This business barossa taxi driver lied to us at the resturant telling us that the opposition of barossa and lites would be 45minutes. And they barossa and lites arrived within 10min after being given an estimate of 15minutes. The driver of this company barossa taxi just lied to try to steal us. And tried to make himself look good when bad mouthing the opposition. My friend was very angry at Barossa taxi and rang and told them so deservingly. And my negative review I hope brings to the attention to others what this business do. Which was witnessed by others last night.

Waited 50 minutes - taxi never arrived. By time I got the call that it had arrived. I had walked more than half way to Angaston from Nuriootpa.

We had the pleasure of touring the Barossa with Barossa Taxi’s and Barossa Mini Tours. I would like to commend Karl who went above and beyond for our tour. The service is really very good and while going to the airport I never felt any hassle! The driver drove it in a serene manner! It was indeed a joy ride before boarding the flight. Thank you so much for the services!

I and my friends planned for a short trip to the Barossa Valley. We opted for the 6-seater mini vans, which are really spacious and our journey was very comfortable and smooth. The driver was very friendly, professional and also took care of our safety very well.

Use 3 taxis on Friday 17th August moving 21 of us various locations around the Barossa Valley. Our group was mixed nationalities comprising 6 from Australia, 7 from Hong Kong and 8 from India. It was great how we were all treated so well. The service was excellent, each time we called the taxis arrived together within 20 minutes. Special thanks to Steve and the great drivers for looking after us all day.
We were so lucky to have been recommended to use Barossa Taxis by our accomodation.

Booked a cab from Barossa Taxi at very late notice! They were happy to accommodate us as soon as they possibly could. Friendly and helpful driver dropped us where we wanted. Special mention to the driver who made our tour over the weekend a relaxed and informative fun experience! Couldn't have asked for more!

Full marks on customer service. They have a great team of drivers that make your travel hassle-free and very comfortable. I have travelled with them a few times before and each time I had a very good experience.

What a great locally owned company. Steve and the staff of Barossa Taxis offer an outstanding service to the Barossa Community.
They provide the only wheelchair taxi service in the Barossa area. With a fleet of 14 vehicles which include 3 wheelchair taxis it makes them the largest and most efficient Taxi Service in the Barossa Valley.
Unfortunately the opposition company continues to use dishonest practices against Barossa Taxis.
Steve has the interest of the community at stake, and invested in providing accessible vehicles, maxicabs, Taragos and wagons to meet the needs of the public.
