Barossa Sculpture Park reviews
43Very scenic and beautiful views of the Barossa valley. Great place to bring a special someone to watch a lovey sunset over the Valley
Nice spot to stop and enjoy the view.
We were on a tour so didn't have time to go and explore all the statues that I would have liked to do
Very beautiful place to have a look out of borossa valley and also lots of sculpture quite and peacefull good to maditate aswell.
Great spot in the country with a scenic view of the Barossa Valley with heaps of nice sculptures in the area.
Ample parking area. Beautiful surrounding and sculptures of the stones. Too bad we can't explore more as it was raining quite heavily. Good view of the small town nearby. Did not see any restroom there though.
Very amazing!
Visited here last winter 2022
To the west or right in the photo you can see the town of Tanunda on the left and Nuriootpa on the right
Awesome place to take my guests for a fantastic view of the Barossa Valley. The Menglers Hill lookout is as important as some of the wineries.
It has good view. The sculptures are interesting. There are three table for picnic but it doesn’t have much shade so we choose other parks. This is a spot to stop by and take photos.
A great lookout to ride to.
A view over the Barossa Valley, with a park if some interesting sculptures.
Worth the visit.
Interesting place! Beautiful view over the valley, tactile sculptures with very interesting origins
It's got a nice view. Sculptures are not taken care of or the area. Nothing amazing, I wouldn't visit again.
Nice panoramic views of the valley but the sculptures had no description / title so you would really need an artistic eye and some imagination to appreciate them.
Kids love this place. The view is stunning. Such a good walk around the park, enjoying the sculpture.
It's a lovely little park to stop at if you're driving around the Barossa and a great view from the top.
Really interesting piece of history and a nice place to stop and take in the view of the surrounding country side. We both enjoyed walking through the various sculptures (a label of each explaining who made it and what it represents would be good however) and also enjoyed the historic sign in the carpark area describing the settlers that founded the region.
Great little spot for for a picnic or to chill out. Awesome views over the Barossa. The landscape is always changing with the seasons, and is great for photos all year round
It is nice to have public access to the hill face. When it is not busy, there are arid land parrots to spot.
The sculptures need a sticker:
- Where is the stone from?
- What is it supposed to mean, if anything
- Why are they left here
Pleasant lookout, eye catching sculpture’s
A bit of history and knowledge to be gained - perfect for sight seers, backpackers -travellers in general-
A quick t stop off on a Sunday drive for the local families.
Great in School holiday’s!
A place for the kiddos to burn some energy without you burning any $$$$
Keeping them entertained can be hard & costly work.so anything FREE is a plus for me:)
Pretty boring for us.can really see many "sculptures" but still worth a look if your into that sort of thing
