BAROSSA MITRE 10

These guys do something other places don’t and that is ; they know what their products are and will help you get the right thing for the job.
Every time I go they have folk who know their business and are happy to help. Great service

Covers most of the bases that you would expect from a small town Mitre 10. Staff are always friendly and as helpful as they can be. Only small issue is that the place could sometimes do with a few more staff.

My wife came home raving about the wonderful service she had experienced at Mitre 10 Nurioopta Friday 12/5. Purchasing a rustic windmill, she said that nothing was too difficult for the sales lady who served her, who had to get it down from a tricky position, phone to find out the price and then carried it out and helped to put it in an overloaded car, all while being loads of fun!

The staff at Barossa Mitre10 are so lovely and really helpful. It's one of my favourite places to visit.
The range of knowledge of the tool section is fantastic for home projects. One of my favourite being this wood burning
The gardening section has incredible selection and value for a hardware store.
They are apart of the Barossa Co-op don't forget to show your card.

I enter the gardening club competition several times a month (hopefully I'll get my turn to win one day)
We enjoyed an afternoon with Sophie from Gardening Australia along with other guests.
The budget plant range - I've had incredible success. I love seeing the ladies and gents and talking to the staff about how their favourite plants are going and they ask about mine and remember what my favourites are.
I appreciate how they can talk about their local knowledge of what veggies are doing better than others and when to plant what.
The Heirloom variety of veggies do incredibly well and we get good crops from them.
Latest additions of Swiss Cheese plant, cactus and some additional parsley

Warning don’t ever get a ket cut from this place. I had a key cut so that my partner could access a building in Adelaide to use our car to drive home to Barossa in order to save hundreds of dollars on taxi fare. Turns out the key they cut was nothing like the one they were given. Ended up costing us $200 in taxi fares to get him home because he couldn’t use the key they cut to get access to the car!

Really good local hardware store. Competitive prices and helpful staff. Trade area easy to access and drive through.

Much more than a hardware shop this huge outlet has a separate tradies' checkout and service division, a large nursery with garden fertiliser support, swimming pool accessories and chemicals, a good Barbeque selection and paint range, but the best knowlegable staff in ALL departments

Lady was in a hurry that works there I'm sure, asked her were the wire, pea straw, and soil products. Her reply was oh outside go look and bring it to me.um yea I found it went to another operator, still no ask if I would like the 9 bags of soil, pea straw bundle etc to the car. Mmmmm

Love this Mitre 10. The staff are friendly & helpful (even when I rock up 10 minutes before closing time.) There's always a great assortment of plants & specials & a good hardware selection. They're also happy to order stock in. You can use your co-op card here too.

Staff here actually gravitate to customers and ask how they can help.

Who would think this could happen in a major Australian hardware store?

Well stocked store with timber cutting service.

Just say the word "seniors. " and a discount is given.

A great store.

Not interested to assist customer enquiry as opposed to other retailers. I will always try other hardware stores for technical help first. The paint and gardening are always good. It is just the hardware and trade that is lacking in service. They seem way to busy to help tbis customer which is a bit stupid

Adelaide can never forget the experience everyone was so friendly and helpful in the store.

It is like most mitre 10 stores you will find, however I found that the staff I have dealt with so far have been either rude and disinterested in there role at mitre 10 making for an uncomfortable customer experience.

Or arrogant towards me, like I am dumb for asking questions, especially the workers at the desk, rear of the store again making for an unpleasant experience, leading to my use of a bigger company not local instead.

The driveways into the store are laid out in a strange way making getting out of the car park a mess.

Also I have found the price of some products do not match the quality.

The store lay out makes the store look messy but that's just my opinion.

So I will not go back unless I have no choice.

Sadly, there appears to be a real lack of experience & there by getting the right advice when you go in store

Honestly like a first home for me, wife hates me coming home and takes the kids away for the weekend so i end up sleeping inside and making sure all the stock is up to date and useable, staff are so friendly and down to earth almost like life long friends, have let my friends in Portugal know all about this beautiful place, tunes are fantastic xx

Good range of products, great service through the trade counter for ordering building materials and getting affordable local delivery.

Another hardware store always helpful and happy to assist. They even carry items to your car if needed. Pickup area drive through.

Good variety, got all the the trades and garden gear, some of the staff definitely have no trades experience or knowledge in tools or customer service.

My only complaint is that it is too far away!
