So hard to walk past. Good choice of all our favourite continental meats. The roast pork is to die for. If you are on the run, hot kransky in a bun with mustard, sauce, cheese, just delicious. No need to go to the butcher, it's here. Staff are great and helpful. I am a regular, and have yet to be disappointed.

This place is quality, seriously good, lots of variety and staff across all stores are willing to help ensure you have what your after and more.highly recommend.

Since BFF took over from multiple award winning Standom's, many fine authentic meat recipes that have stood the test of time have been meddled with & lost. Cervelaat worst bland now and has a faint bitter after taste. Rookworst looks awful & smokey flavour gone. Kalbs liverwurst not the same. One positive; shop nice & cool on hot day.

I have been a long loyal customer but this morning's experience at the central market was very poor. I made a couple of mistakes with my order and each time the staff

member pulled a face, I wasn't, trying to be difficult I became flustered and was sincere, I requested pork fillet instead of beef fillet then I required a certain length and asked the staff member what she thought she spoke to her manager and another staff member who used a ruler I felt embarrassed and ridiculed very disappointing and the worst customer service experience no intentions of returning I will shop at the butcher merino from now on.have a

Suprisingly well priced considering the quality is absolutely excellent! I recommend these guys to anyway. The staff is friendly but i go back because the meat is the BEST and it ends up being the same price as buying mince from woolies. They also have kranskies, beer sticks, a top notch cheese section and all sorts of goodies. The place is always sparkling and so are the smiles on the staff. What more could you ask?

I arrived at the counter at 5: 05pm and pleaded with the manager to buy a piece of chicken but was rejected. Make sure you get here on time. I think the manager (Josh) was having a bad day due to being a bit rude in response to my my request.

Purchased a special order, asked if I could freeze, the lovely young man that serviced me said it was fine so I did immediately. When ready to use I put in fridge to defrost overnight. When I went to use 5pm that evening I found the meat to have a horrid odour and slightly green in parts. I returned the product to store but the manager was not in the store, so they suggest I leave the meat and my phone number for a reply the next day. I totally understand that sometimes these things happen but the reason I am writing this review is "where has customer service gone" It is now going into the 5th day since and I have had no communication not even to just discuss the matter, to ask me more or discuss the matter. I work in retail and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. Customer service is sometimes is more important than the product. THAT IS WHY I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.
