I'd like to thank the a couple that helped me up after I had a fall while playing Mini Golf with my grandchildren on the 5/1/2024. I'd like to thank the staff, after my fall and needed to clean up and have a dressing put on my wound. The staff were totally awesome. You went way beyond helping, you could've made me try and clean up as with all the sicknesses around the world, I was bleeding and you didn't hesitate. You deserve the 5 stars.

This place is so much fun. I love the theme. It’s a well looked after mini golf course and it is well done with plenty to keep you busy and entertained.

In the mini golf area there are these really cool dinosaur statues and most of them have a little sign with information about the dinosaur but also a button so that it makes noise adding to the fun.

The staff are super lovely as well!
Everything was so clean.

We went yesterday to surprise our granddaughter. Absolutely fantastic we all had a great time bowling and playing golf. The amenities were spotless and the staff were tops. Will we come back yes.

Horrible service. Paid my wife and son to play mini golf. My 3 year old daughter wasn't aloud to be a spectator unless I paid $14. She just wanted to see the Dinasours.
Very disappointing as my daughter left in tears and missed out. Why would you not let a 3 year old in? Obviously not going to play golf.

Don't recommend. Spoken to rudely by staff more than once. Gobsmacked thats how they treat paying customers. Will not return. Don't bother replying to me. I've read all your reviews.

Disgusting service stood at counter for 15 minutes to get a drink then another 10 minutes after we finished bowling to get putt putt clubs. Could deal with that, but your staff talking horribly about us when my daughter was still standing there was the final straw. We spent over $250 there and expected your staff to treat us a lot better than that.
I would not be recommending anyone to go here there are a lot of better places to go bowling and putt putt
That has decent customer service, without customers you have no business, maybe you should think about that when you hire staff

Fun, fun, fun. Bowling and mini golf was great. Pizza and fries really good. Staff friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Went along for a 6th birthday celebration. What a wonderful place! The dinosaurs are great & it was a fun mini golf course. Everyone enjoyed the bowling, too. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Will definitely be back as it's great for kids & adults, alike.

Hi my Domenica frisina I came yesterday with my son Giovanni’s frisina and my girlfriend rose we play mim golf ️ and two bowling games it was a fantastic day weather was beautiful drive was beautiful view fantastic what more could high recommend places to any one want let hair down have a family times or with partners you love ️ thankyou for hospitality and hosting really appreciate check pictures I took lines you see why we had a fantastic times thankyou again

If we could give 0 stars we would. We were absolutely appalled at this business today which takes so called pride in their service.
We are carers for two men with mental disabilities, one of which does not enjoy playing simply just watching. We had the family including 5 kids and the two men. We tried to use the companion cards as stipulation states we can for the one man who wished to play and the man who served us (I believe he was the owner) was incredibly rude and disrespectful of us and the men. He threatened to report us to the Government for abusing the companion cards stating that ‘his son has a companion card and he knows how they work’ and then threatened to get the men’s companion cards taken off of them. They do not deserved to be punished in anyway and definitely not deserving of the way they were being spoken to. Which was incredibly degrading and simply just rude. And we were treated no better than something he stepped in. He forced us to pay full price for the man who did not want to play simply watch and then when questioning this he simply got more and more agitated. We will definitely not be returning and unfortunately ruined a beautiful day out with the family.

This place is Amazing. Make sure you bring couple of hundred $$ bit pricey. But worth every cent fun, laughs memories with the family

Went here yesterday with a group of friends to play bowling and mini golf and have some mixed feelings about the experience, first of all the bowling alleys need to be upgraded badly, the lane my group bowled on was one of the driest lanes I personally have ever bowled on (I bowl in a league and know my oil patterns etc) which made the shots down the lane very random, the lane next to us had people bowling on it and you could see divots and dents in the lane as the glare from the lights hit the ball and illuminated on the lane meaning they could never bowl a good shot which you could see frustrated them.

The mini golf course is in desperate need of renovation, the putting borders on each course have paint missing and chunks taken out of the borders and the starting squares have multiple divots in them which makes it difficult to keep your ball still when your trying to putt, the dinosaur statues need renovation badly, the speakers inside them are crackly and need to be repainted and repaired, and the way the course is designed with all the water in between the course means your constantly swatting away mosquitoes and bugs that live in the water which is very frustrating.

Put on top of those things that the prices are stupidly high for what you get to experience and your much better off going to another bowling alley and or mini golf course that actually take pride in there venue and set realistic reasonable prices for the patrons who keep the business open.

First time coming here in nearly three years and the experience is much of the same, disappointing

We have been a few times but won’t be going back. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, they have on the last two occasions made us feel very unwelcome and rushed. Prices are extremely expensive as well and it’s ridiculous you have to pay to supervise your children even if you don’t play. On our last visit one of the claw machine had taken coins but had not worked a gentleman came out to refund the coins but was questioning us and the kids over how many we had put in, two children out of six put their hands up and then he began questioning us like they were lying. You would think working in an environment which has many children coming through the doors the staff would be better trained and more polite on how to speak to them and deal with them.

They expect you to pay to just enter the mini golf section even if you’re just supervising your children. Wouldn’t recommend.

Disgraceful customer service and disgustingly rude staff, bad pricing and rip people off. Don’t waste your time and money with these people instead go to HOLEY MOLEY in Adelaide for a far better experience and better treatment to their customers.

We had a great time ten pin bowling then around of mini golf then pizza for lunch we had a great day

My family went and played a round of mini golf and was greeted by a lovely lady that was very friendly and welcoming

Extremely disappointing. My 7 yr old daughter attended for a school excursion and was made to sit outside at the front of the building by herself like a leper and away from all of her friends inside because the venue would not allow her to bring in a gluten free packed lunch. They cannot guarantee that their food is 100% safe and gluten free (see FAQ on their website) yet they wouldn't allow my daughter to bring in food that is safe for her to eat as an alternative.

This is not a fad diet it is a medical condition which requires careful management which is easy and possible with a packed lunch from home and teacher supervision at lunch time if needed. It's sad enough that she has to miss out on the fun hot food everyone else is eating while she has a boring sandwich (the unfortunate reality of being coeliac) but now in addition she is being segregated.

When both the school representatives and myself were trying to make suitable arrangements with the venue, their reasoning for not making allowances was because if they did it for one person they would have to allow it for all (clearly worried about losing money), they also advised me that their policy to not allow outside food to be brought in is because it may contaminate their food.what? How?

No matter which way you look at it the bottom line is that they do not want to her to bring a packed lunch because they won't get her lunch money from her.

So my daughter was made to feel ostracised and had to sit outside of the building having her lunch separately from all of her friends and feeling like an outcast, on a day that should have been a happy memory and thats just not fair or right, she should be able to be treated like everyone else, but with some allowances for her medical condition. I have never experienced this level of greed and disregard for a customer or child EVER. They should be ashamed.
