Every bite or sip we took of the food here we would just finish it with a ‘wow’ - just delicious! And atmosphere is fantastic

A bit disappointed in the food, was expecting a great burger and chips. Chips were good; burger was at best mediocre. My wife had a really stingy banana split. I was born in the 50's and grew up in the 60's either the food was a lot better with bigger portions or my dementia is kickin' in.

This was our first time at his authentic American style diner and it certainly caught our eye from the street! You can't miss it (for al lthe right reasons) The decor inside was awesome, the booth style seating was comfortable and the music choice topped it off, was a great place to hangout.
We got the nachos, mac and cheese fries and a hamburger and felt the food was a little on the plain side. The Nachos had too much cheese and needed a little spice, the macaroni was a little bland and the burger was not quite as flavoursome as I would have liked.

The staff however were lovely and even dressed to suit the decor. Overall loved the store and I think with a few changes it would definitely be a 5 star establishment!

I've been here about 4 times now and honestly, the food is amazing everytime. The atmosphere is cute but honestly, the food is heaven every single time. Highly suggest the steal sandwich, cooked to perfection. The food is so good it makes the term "made with love" feel like a legitimate way to describe how satisfying and comforting it is. I cannot rate it highly enough. It always hits the spot. It's often busy there on weekends but worth fighting the crowds. The theme makes it fun but again, you'll go back again and again for the perfectly cooked noms

Fun 1950s diner in the main Street of Tanunda. Tasty food, sweets, shakes and icecream. Lots of 50s inspired merchandise also on sale. Dine in or take away! Recommend a visit

Lovely staff, good food, great atmosphere and decor. However we were denied free tap water and were forced to purchase 2 $4.50 bottles which is ridiculous. Haven’t been to a dine in restaurant which does not serve tap water for years. Overall though it was a good experience.

A wonderful quirky American style diner in the heart of the Barossa. Staff were professional, service was fast and tables were clean. I had the Philly cheese steak roll and fries, lovely although the runny cheese on top was an interesting experience.

Great place and atmosphere! Ladies were lovely. Food was only ok for me.
Hot chocolate was soooo hot I couldn't drink it until after I left
I ordered the Arizona Fries! (Bacon, With BBQ Sauce on fries with grilled cheese.) The cheese was shredded & cold unfortunately. It was really really salty which made me really thirsty.
I had a Hot fudge sundae after and the cherry on top was a nasty man made jelly type that was not nice and there was no Hot fudge, it was chocolate swirled around the edges. My fries, over cooked but could have been because my hubby ordered Mac n cheese on fries & he loved his, he also had a Banana smoothie & a Banana sundae. All spot on.just wasn't my food day ‍️ All meals were HUGE servings!

Great place to take kids, or massive Elvis fans. As he is playing on screen the whole time. Awesome
Overall 4
