Fresh fish and seafood and varied menu. Cooked in healthier Australian Made oil. Low in saturated fats; virtually free of trans fats. Naturally cholesterol free; No MSG added. Seems to be a healthy option
Service held up because one card machine not working, so staff stopped serving on other register while trying to fix.
I don't have Barnacle Bills very often, when I do it's usually delicious. But unfortunately this time the seafood was over cooked to the point the scallops had exploded out of their crumbling and were quite rubbery.
I feel they need to observe their cooking times.
Food is good for the price with decent servings. Staff are friendly. Popular for take away. Limited parking.
Worst Barnicle Bills experience I've had for a long time. The staff were very rude, even though it wasn't that busy, and the food wasn't that flash either. We just left the restaurant disgruntled. I'll definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to Sefton Park next time!
Very expensive fish and chip shop. My 2 year old and I walked away hungry. Local fish and chip shop was far more economical, have bigger serves and tastier.
We ate in. It was lovely and cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also very accomodating to our wants and needs. My partner had a bad experience with barnacle bills in the past at another store, but even he loved this place.
Prawns tasted funny and calamari tasted funny aswell and when I rang up to complain they wouldn't answer the phone because it was 15 min before closing time
The premises has a dining area but most customers take away. The quality and variety of the food is good and the portions are generous. It is not suitable for wheelchairs as access is narrow and a ramp is not available to access entrance. Credit card access is provided as-is a public toilet. The restaurant has adjacent parking and limited undercover parking for pickup purposes.
Brah, if you like seafood and you like good service and you like good value, come here for food. Yummo.
When you order family feast that serves 4 people.why don't we get 4 tartare sauce. I was not aware that you give only 3 so that we have to purchase one. It was awful and embarrassing when I gave people 3 only. I'm sure you will get very rich saving 70 cents.now I know and purchase one extra but first time I didn't know.did they expect 4th person to dip into other people's tartare.
Fast friendly service. Short wait due to only four customers in there at the time I visited. Good meal hot and freshly cooked.
