Waited 20 minutes for our order which was dine after a family who came to dine in 10 minutes after we sat down. I went to check the delay and it was it was on the counter in a takeaway bag. Just had it handed to me and it’s no apology or realisation that a mistake was made. Food was cold.

After we left it seemed like a big joke to the young girl on the counter.

We have been going to BB's Salisbury for a number of years and not once have we come away disappointed with the overall service, the excellent customer services and great food.

Clean, staff are friendly and the food is much better than Munno.
The Munno store is just not people friendly and we've been going there for years because it's much closer.
However our last experience there wasn't good, so my husband said he refuses to go back so let's try the Salisbury one.
Well we're so glad we did, it's a 1000 times better and although a bit further, it's definitely worth it.
We were greeted by a lovely young lady, the food wasn't dripping in oil and it smelt so clean.
We actually come here two Mondays in a row, so we're very impressed.

Fast and friendly service, there's dining and on site parking, & a short walk from the bus stop. Edit: I've become a regular here and they never disappoint. The cooking is just fantastic and I've never had issues. I've also tried another barny bills and found that the coleslaw here is much better, taste fresher and doesn't have any overpowering flavours that ruin the whole slaw. Love it. Edit: hate to mention it but I do agree with another review about the Munno store, except that I was dealt with friendly service there too from a lady. They may have been understaffed due to lack of customers but it seemed service was slow. That's where the not so nice coleslaw came from

Edit: Fiona who claimed little to no parking. It's a shared carpark which I've never had trouble finding a spot no matter if it was lunch, late arvo or evening. It's also literally next to the shopping centre car park which on the barnacle bills side, is only ever packed on what, boxing day sale? The shrimp situation was weird though.

Try this CHICKEN BURGER BONANZA combo you get like a schnitzel burger W/- tomato lettuce mayo, serve of chips, cold can of coke all for under $15 it's a really good size, you won't be hungry after, and like me you will definitely be back next week to get another one, enjoy

Had a seafood combo at 8.00 pm on a public holiday, food was good, the service was fast with a smile (very important).

Terrific atmosphere because I ordered Menulog, the rest of everything else was less than favourable, no pineapple in the fritter, thirty dollar pack barely few my seven kids, what a joke

My prawns were undercooked. I took only one of the prawn packs back to show them and point it out. The 'Manager' was very unpleasant and denied they were undercooked. She declared that they are pink when raw and that was her explanation as to why they were translucent, which she says is cooked.
Any translucent fish or prawn is undercooked! Right or wrong that was it she said.
Then barrelled at me as to what I want from them as though the cost was the problem! I hadn't eaten a full prawn and only about half dozen chips, however, and certainly should have been offered a refund or replacement at least. I wouldn't have taken it but offer should have been made.
There is UNSATISFACTORY customer service at this Barnacle Bill and they have put me off going to any of them now.
I think she should eat them!

I love my seafood so I headed to barnacle bills Salisbury and ordered my dinner, would have to say it was the worst seafood I have ever had, overcooked and dry and tasted old, the fish tasted like it had freezer burn and it was nasty.i won't be back

Kelsey is an amazing staff member here. Never leave without a smile on my face she’s a bright ball of energy. Sad to see her have her last day today. Oh and the food was good too

I ordered a 2 in 1 pack today for lunch. The service was great, the order was very quick. On eating it thou, the fish bites were hot, chips were hot but the prawns unfortunately were nearly cold. I think they must’ve been there for awhile. Certainly weren’t cooked for my order.

Cheerful friendly and professional staff make ordering easy. Wait time for order is minimal and food was fresh, hot and well cooked.

Staff was outstanding and the food was just as outstanding. Best I have tasted in a very long time. The lass behind the counter serving was a deluge.

We ate in. I don't go there alot The food is AMAZING, eating in is good. Nice for a birthday party, just a suggestion

Not too many here when we arrived around 8: 30 on a Thursday night. The staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait too long for our snack packs.
The chicken was hot and the chips were nice and crispy. It was a great feed.
Good job.
