8 people at the table.some meals finished before others was brought out! Not a ideal dining experience

It was a wonderful venue with a large hall you can hire. The food provided on my visit was a catered lunch. It was nice on the day I visited but I can't comment on their usual lunch service.

Unable to order takeaway as the phone line was left to ring. Tried ringing multiple times, same outcome.

Slow service. Had to wait at an unoccupied till. Food was nearly a 40 minute wait on a fairly quiet weeknight. Quality of the schnitzel was fine, bit burnt at the edges, but served with a freezing cold salad that had a single piece of tomato.

Hard for me to recommend.

Great place for a Thursday night steak. $25 cooked to perfection ️. Great prices on drinks too.

Monday night dinner, two of us sat outside and had drinks and a meal. Her risotto was excellent, and my grilled chicken breast was very good but let down by unattractive serving on the plate and the chicken being somewhat dry and tough, still good overall. Certainly will return.

The facility is well lit, with a view out to the lake. The range of foods and drink is excellent and, if it hadn't been for a poorly surfaced floor, would have been first rate. There is a partition between the two dining areas but it is an open grid. It's purely decorative! The concrete structure plus a hard reflective structure meant all noise - and on a Saturday evening, there was lots - was reflected back into the room. NOT a place to visit for a quiet meal!

Meals delivered in timely fashion and were delicious. Great range of drinks including cocktails. Will be back.

Only thing that wasnt good and this is not on the club, while lining up to order meals there were 3 young girls sitting at a table next to the line, quite intoxicated carrying on, swearing and throwing ice from their drinks purposely on the floor lots of people looking at them and they continued to be served acting sober at the bar when being served.

Yesterday I ordered chips and vegan schnitzel. It took me 20 minutes driving to reach barmera club so 20 minutes to get the food plus 20 minutes to go back home. When I reached home, unfortunately I realised that they forgot the bread and salad with the schnitzel. I called them they had to check few things to accept the fact that they forgot. They said you can come in to get the bread and salad of course I can’t spend more 40 minutes driving just for the salad and bread. Then the chips were dead. Literally we couldn’t eat them they were fried like in the morning i guess and stored. I still have them can share a photo of the dead chips I wasted nearly 1 hour to get something that bad. I don’t recommend them.

Very busy & chaotic. Ordered " build your own"Pizza, base undercooked. Chicken breast was lovely even though it didn't come with roll & salad as per menu with main meals.
These were mentioned & responded with a shrug from one of the many young lads who were waitering. Not sure if this is normal staff, but didn't seem condusive to the venue.

I just wanna say that best food I ever had in at this place specially I love garlic prawns and chicken breast Thank you all staff ️ And I recommend to all please visit and try their menu

Well appointed and spacious, connecting rooms to front bar overlooking football ground a added bonus. The meals are are a notch above average and the sizes are better than average, pricing is consistent across the board. Overall, you can certainly do worse not eating here, the locals have done a outstanding job making it friendly.

A really nice place. Meals and service are great, prices reasonable and stunning views of the lake. I cannot say we have had a bad meal there but some meals are better than others if you can understand that!? Should I be back in Barmera, as it is a beautiful place, I will most definitely head there for a great feed!

I liked the views and ambience. But was really disappointed with the food. Bought Calamari rings, milk shake, spiked shake, few cheese cakes, nut sundae and ice cream. Only ice cream, nut sundae and cheese cake were barely decent ones. Milk shakes and spiked shake were as thin as lite milk. Calamari rings were exorbently priced for a lean serve. I could have bought a frozen calamari pack from nearby food land and cook myself a better quality one.

We didn’t come for an evening meal to start with. We were there between 4: 30 and 5.30pm. I can give you a full list of things we ordered too.
We ordered
1 calamari rings - full-size
1 nut sundae
1 milk shake
1 spiked shake
2x white choc Rasberry cake
1 Latte
1 vanilla ice cream
You guys even forgot to bring the vanilla ice cream. I had to come and remind you guys at the counter when I came to order the second cheese cake.
If you take a look at the poster you put up of a spiked shake at the counter, you will realise that is totally different from the one you serve. When I came to order the cake, I even asked why it hasn’t got a creamed topping as it is shown in the poster at counter. The girl said I will ask the person who made it and will get back. But nothing happened and I couldn’t be bothered to go behind that. I could understand if it is really busy, but we came there before the evening meal rush. If you need more clarification, please don’t hesitate to reply.

Food service terrible. 2 of 5 meals out at 19.23 cold. 3of 5 out at 19.31 no sign of last 2. Are you kidding me

Thank you for your reply. However this in no way addresses the terrible service by your team who clearly don't know anything about customer service or delivery of service. There is a clear lack of leadership within your establishment as your team just drifted around achieving nothing. Our table was passed on three occasions by your team yet until asked no one thought to remove the empty glasses. Our first 2 dishes were delivered without sides or bread rolls. When I finally enquired about our missing 2 meals the Cesar salad had not even been started. Your line of a busy evening fails to stack up during my 90.mins in your establishment. I witnessed a senior team member more interested in selling meat raffle tickets and having a conversations with her freinds than delivering service to your paying customers.

Shame on your leadership team.

Tonight we ate at the berri hotel. 5 stars everything a family meal out should be.
