Baptist care sa discriminates against it's support workers and clients by their policy of having all their clients sit in the back the car the law says in south australia that only children 7 and under have sit in the rear set of cars with 2 or more rows of seats and if children under the age of 7 have taken the rear rows of seats then they can sit in the front baptist care sa goes beyond south australian government legislatation and treats their 39 year old disability clients like a 7 year old and support workers are not allowed to own single cab utes or front row only seat vans or smart cars to get the job as a support worker at baptist care sa and yet their adult disability clients who are less mobile and tall are forced to get in the back a support workers 2 door coupe no choice for adult disability clients this is against ndis policies
