I spoke to a few people on the phone this morning, urgently trying to get an animal trap as my cat has escaped. The female sounding person on the phone was so kind and helpful, promptly locating the item I needed. Thanks so much team!

Only giving 1 star as there are no negative star options. Customer service is deplorable and disinterested, with alternatives near by I won’t be returning.

I came in when the eftpos was down and (assuming he was the manager) was standing at the door yelling into every customers face upon entry “DO YOU HAVE CASH? ” Completely unprofessional, no customer service skills whatsoever.
This store was better when it was family owned.

Great service, purchased a hanging plant stand which David got in from Mt Barker within 24 hours. Also great pricing.

Huge selections of pot plants, gardening tools, masks, electric tools, bags of soil, fertilizer, the list is endless, if you can't find it ask, the staff will tell or show you where or try to get it in stock for you if available. The staff are friendly & very helpful. Enjoy yourselves shopping there, I do️

Go to Mitre 10 because of the great knowledge of the team.this one is not at the same level as other franchises

In and out quick, great specials, great helpful staff. Don't have to walk miles to find what I need. Love the place.

This store is terrific to shop in. Prices are great and staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble

Friendly and helpful service. Large range of garden plants, planters, fertiliser etc. Paint section has all the paint, fillers and tools for redecorating. Power tools and other hardware. Huge selection of timber and steel. Pipes, fittings and tapware for plumbing projects. Gas bottles.

Froma personal perpective, i like purchasing from Banner 10 Norwood. The building is alway clean, easy to move around without too many people under your feet and above all - you can attract service when you want it, unlike the big name competitors. Sure you can go to a larger competitor as they have a huge variety, but most cases you end up walking out for the lack of service. Not with Banner 10, they want your service

The plant section is amazing. We haven't been here for a while and note that the change is fantastic. I felt flat when we got there but after walking through all the healthy, happy plants my spirits lifted quite a lot. The lady who was watering the plants was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back, a lot. Liz

Everything there but staff often happy to point to where a product is rather than show where it is. Plant section has a very good range.

So helpful and knowledgeable these guys leave their competitors for dead. Why east time down the road?

Great hardware and garden store. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Have a free Member's discount card for 10% off. Good range of native plants too. Today I bought vegie seedlings, bamboo stakes, native and non- native fertilisers, cow manure, watering can and mulch.

Wow what a huge variety of items. You would get lost in the store. The staff on the check outs are good but some of the staff on the floor dont seem to know what the are doing but the variety maybe there is just too much to know about.

Great selection of products, although I do prefer getting my pool water tested down the road at Clark rubber

These guys are fantastic, always helpful well stocked with everything from the busy garden centre, power tools, paint, plumbing, pest control everything including to the undercover timber racks there. Unlike some of the huge hardware stores I find Banner at Norwood easy to pop in and find what we need.

It's not a huge garden section, but they still have a decent selection at decent prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful and parking there is a breeze. They also have a loyalty card that actually gives you a discount off purchases.every time.
