I was served by a young lad called Max, he helped me with everything I needed and gave me great advice on hardware Definitely better than Bunnings.
I’m a regular & tell so many of my clients to come here. I’m usually in the garden section but they have plenty of other stuff to aimlessly look at. The lady in the garden centre is my favourite & knows so much & really helpful.

I have had excellent service and assistance in this store on several occasions. A willingness to assist, coupled with an extensive product range make for a very satisfying visit, and a smooth home handyman project with all the correct bit and pieces. Good stuff.
A nice young fella who dose not know a great deal regarding building. Parking was the main frustration. Poor product selection.

Well stocked local hardware store with pretty much everything you might want from a hardware store. Has also a gardening section with plants, beautiful outdoor furniture, pots, and lots of unusual little things to find.
Great place to find a special present
Failed to provide info about products they stock over the phone. I ended up going there later and found they do actually stock what I asked about.
Not the biggest hardware store, it doesn’t carry a huge range but has the essentials.
Customer service is a bit of a mixed bag but I can’t complain, I’m usually only picking up a one or two small items.
The car park entry off Old Tapley’s Hill Road is a bit odd with arrows seemingly marked in the wrong direction/side. Just be carefully of other cars in case of confusion.
My elderly father travelled 20 minutes by foot to this store to buy some flowers today. He was declined a bag for his purchase, with the cashier abruptly telling him 'we don't do bags here, only boxes. ' After explaining he would need a bag in which to carry his flowers home, he was again told 'we don't do bags. ' Being unable to carry a box, he had to leave the flowers behind.

Always impressed with the service personnel in this store who go out of their way to assist and provide advice. This is a rare quality these days.
