I ordered grilled chicken banh mi from here yesterday and today, both times the chicken was red inside and undercooked and today I went back there to show them and complain, I asked if this is normal for it to be red inside like undercooked and they had the nerve to say yes to me and lie straight to my face, I'm very lucky to not have had food poisoning from here, I won't be ordering food from this place again.

I received the WORST Pho I have ever had. There was little to no soup, that was cloudy white in colour. The beef was so tough I didn’t eat it. Such a disappointment considering the 15 minute wait.

Absolutely an amazing pork roll BUT over the years price has steadily increased which you would expect but the amount of pork has steadily decreased.
Used to be packed with meat now sadly not the case.
I don’t mind price rises but should not be at the detriment to your food.

The quality has dropped off at this little baMi shop. The rolls are hit and miss. We still enjoy the yummy Pho and spring rolls.

When it first opened it was amazing. Over the years its gone down hill. Don't know why I even bother to keep giving it another go. The rolls lack in flavour, filling and are dry.

Pretty average.use to be really yummy but pretty tasteless now with the price going up and up….

An average Bah-mi. I've had much better but for the price point it'll satisfy. If you are a ture fan of this classic lunch, give this place a miss.

Unfortunately you can't order without chilli as the meat is cooked in it. Something they should have told me when ordering.

Used to be the most efficient and Tasty Banh- mi in the south. Always gave generous serve.
New owners are going to destroy a well known and popular business by being unorganised and skimpy serves? If you have owned it for the last 2 years then that is how long it has been deteriorating. Staff and chicken both in short supply!

Been buying bami for a few months now because it's close to work. Unfortunately no others close by because it's just getting worst each time. Cold rolls often not what you order staff standing around talking while you stand there waiting even after paying. This place has really gone downhill the customer service is poor food unreliable so goodbye a customer lost forever so hopefully a more professional operator opens up close by or it sushi from the two stores next door perhaps you should ask for there advise on how to run a business.

Great food. Got the pork roll meal deal with chicken spring rolls. Great value for money. Rolls are loaded with filling.

We ordered this today at work for lunch for the first time via Uber eats and I had the combination noodle salad bowl with crackling pork and chicken plus the pork steamed bun and O. M. G it was absolutely delicious! Fast fantastic service and the food was just perfect! Highly recommend and will be ordering again ASAP! Thanks

Absolutely delightful. The iced coffee is intense with flavour, and the rolls are delicious and filling!

Sensational! Cheap, fantastic meal deals! Amazingly fast and by far the best combo Vietnamese roll ive eaten. So glad its close to work. It was so damn good, I couldnt take a photo in time, so ill have to come back and get another one

Recently the pork rolls (bah mi) recipe seems to have changed somewhat, they were one of the best in Adelaide but have gone down hill a little. Right now the pick here is the noodle salads with a choice of pork and tofu. Avoid the pho.

Amazing! Staff are so friendly! Service is very fast. Love the chicken and lemongrass roll. The vietnamese ice coffee is so yummy!

Food is really good. Often get take away from here and it is always quality with friendly staff. Love the rolls.
